Waterproof in light rain with moderate motorcycle speed. The well-known Achilles' heel, of course, as in all motorcycle jackets, is the inner elbow wear. It's worth its money and more!
Obviously, it is a mid-length jacket that is necessary both for protection and to keep the cold out, to be snug on your body. Besides that, it truly doesn't compromise on anything, it withstood heavy rain and didn't let a single drop pass through. Now, as for the pocket issue, I can fit my phone, keys, money, and even a wireless headphone case, and I still think there is room. The inner pocket is waterproof, so I put my phone and headphones in there.
In general, good and warm jacket.
However, the pockets are small and NOT waterproof, which is particularly annoying.
Today is the second night that I am wearing it, coming from work. With 8°C and wearing a t-shirt and a thin turtleneck underneath, I felt my core and all the areas covered by the jacket warm, even at 100 km/h.
It seems that, as the popular expression goes, "nothing gets through". It is enough for the lining to touch the chest (without folding anywhere) and for the jacket to be properly closed at the neck, sleeves, and waist. Being generally sensitive to the cold, I can say that it covered me well.
I got size 50, which is a bit tight on me, so that the jacket can do its job: keeping me warm and protecting me in case of a fall. The jacket does not prioritize comfort. It is not ideal for hiking. The arms make specific straight and forward movements. It is a motorcycle jacket, not a casual one. Another thing is that it is elegant and stylish.
Owner of this specific jacket for 8 months now, wearing it on a supersport motorcycle, personally I believe that it has so many positives that completely overshadow its few negatives.
Positives:
- Extremely warm, worn at 2 degrees Celsius with the inner lining, only with a sweatshirt underneath and I didn't feel anything.
- Waterproof to the maximum, tested several times in heavy rainfalls, even in snow.
- Comfortable fit and the protections fit perfectly (I also have a back protector).
- Not overly flashy in its design, resulting in a discreet yet beautiful appearance.
- Sleeves with buttons for better adjustment.
- Personally, it protected me completely in a fall at 110 km/h, I got up without any scratches from the waist up.
Negatives:
- The two outer pockets are not waterproof, resulting in damaging the Face ID of my phone.
- The fastening at the neck pulls your beard down.
In conclusion, for its price, although a bit pricey, I believe that there is no better jacket.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I definitely consider it warm and its waterproofing is within reasonable limits. However, the price is a bit steep for the times we live in
I have had the jacket for 1+ year and I have tested it in all conditions.
The one star is lost because the outer pockets are not waterproof.
Positives:
Incredibly waterproof, tested in snow and heavy rain, nothing ever passed through.
Warm up to 7+ degrees, for colder temperatures you need thermal clothing.
Discreet and very beautiful.
Good fit and feeling of protection (I also have back protection).
Sleeves with buttons.
Negatives:
The outer pockets are not waterproof, almost ruined my phone.
The inner lining is a bit short, I would like it to be longer.
It pulls your chin hair.
The zippers are difficult to grab with gloves
Positive: Warm, waterproof, and low-key.
Protection for elbows and shoulders, and a slot for back protection.
With removable internal lining depending on the conditions.
Adequate ventilation.
Good quality!
Negative: Long sleeves regardless of size, non-waterproof external pockets, almost no reflectors (only 2 small ones in the front), pockets of different depths.
Summary: Decent for its price (not value for money) but with some drawbacks.
Very good jacket, lightweight and doesn't feel cold, but the annoying thing it has is that it pulls your beard on the chin
I have had the jacket for about a year and I wore it last winter, which was heavy with daily trips from Piraeus to Athens. No complaints as with long sleeves and lining, you don't feel cold at all. Protections on elbows-shoulders as well as on the back with an extra 50 euros. It is also positive that the sleeves close with buttons and not with Velcro, which gradually wears out. Attention, the only pocket that is waterproof is the one on the chest and not the side ones. Extra that it is a very nice and discreet jacket without many exaggerations. Also, let's not consider it negative that the lining of the jacket ends high on the motorcycle, as this is the case with all jackets since where the lining ends, the motorcycle pants attach exactly.
I have used this for 2 seasons, excellent in everything. Good fit, protection for shoulders, arms, and back. Warm and waterproof in winter for the rider, but here is its only disadvantage: the external pockets are not waterproof, so I do not recommend putting a phone or money there if it is raining. In summer, you can remove the lining, open the vents, and you are ready for a trip. It is warm in the city. I recommend it
I had been eyeing this jacket for a while because it is really nice. I got it from a cousin who had it for less than a year. Excellent fit, good materials, and it is really stylish. It is really warm but not completely waterproof. It should either have an internal waterproof pocket or external waterproof pockets. I have a Revit jacket from a decade ago that is much better in the rain. I wouldn't buy it for over 200 euros. If you plan on wearing it in the rain, look for something else. If you are interested in appearance and warmth, then it's okay.
I bought it a while ago and I believe it is one of the best in its category!! It doesn't let any air pass through, it's warm, and I didn't have any problem with rain
Impressive and very beautiful, the only negative thing I found is the long sleeves
