    It is a second-hand shoe! I haven't tried another one to have an opinion! I had a liposuction and for the job I wanted it for, to press on the heel, it did its job. The velcro will fit any foot.. its sole is wide to cover all feet I imagine. I wear 40-41 and I got the Large.
