Well. I bought these specific bulbs for my car because I thought that the 80w instead of the usual 55w would do the job for me. They didn't do anything better in the end. On the contrary, they even caused damage. Specifically, one bulb broke yesterday and when I tried to replace it, I noticed that the back part had melted and it was difficult for me to remove it. It lasted a year and something. The issue is that immediately I bought a set of simple, much cheaper Chinese bulbs (blue to shine as white as possible, each one with a classic 55w) and initially I only replaced the broken one with the new one and I realized that the new one was slightly better in color and intensity than the other Osram bulb I had in the other headlight. I expected the Osram bulbs to be much better because they claim to have 50% more light, but not even close. The pictures show the Osram 80w 12v China bulb and how it has become on the back.

  I prefer Philips Diamond Vision. They are much better in intensity on dark country roads compared to those Osram ones. They have white light but they are not good in intensity on wet roads either. I changed them after 3 days because they tired me out, especially on dark roads...!!!
