You speak and your interlocutor hears even the pin that can fall on the floor, which at first glance seems good, but it's not! All the noises around are heard and the interlocutor struggles to hear you! Also, it's very bad that it doesn't include a hook for the shirt!
I was disappointed because I bought it as a gift for my husband for 25€ and shortly after, the price dropped significantly (which is understandable). Additionally, we noticed that the sound quality is terrible, you can't hear the person you're talking to properly, and it doesn't play any other audio from multimedia, only calls and calls on messenger & viber. If you want to listen to an audio, for example, it doesn't play through the earpiece (something that is not mentioned in the specifications). Furthermore, it lacks a volume adjustment button and there is no notification for the battery percentage when you wear it.

Very poor sound quality on the other end, 6 out of 10 times I have to turn off the Bluetooth while talking and continue directly from the phone in order to be able to have a conversation.
For professional use, very good, battery lasts comfortably for 4 days, good sound. I would give it 5 stars if it came with 2 earbud tips and an additional hook in the packaging. As a Samsung owner, I had 2 spare parts in the packaging but they cost double the price. So it's worth the money, I bought a second one to have it.
The main disadvantage is the OVERSIZED earphone (compared to others I had over time - Plantronics, Samsung, etc. - to the point that from the first day, it hurt my ear for two days after wearing it for half an hour to an hour! I didn't wear it again and ordered another one.
When I play music, it stops and I can only hear from the phone's speakers. Also, if I drive with the windows open, we communicate with difficulty as the volume does not go up any further and I cannot hear well. Great durability in case of drops, great battery life, charges quickly, overall very satisfied for its price.
Definitely not one of my best purchases. Low sound quality and mediocre to poor fit in the ear. The ear hook did not attach securely and was lost after a few days of use.
On the positive side, the battery life and ease of connection to the mobile phone are good. Try something else.
It has good sound and microphone, long battery life. It does not fit well in the ear and often the clip comes off, causing it to fall. I would not recommend it.
You make an effort to listen to your interlocutor, if you are outside and there is some noise or even movement. Also, it does not reproduce multimedia, something that is not mentioned in its features. If you want something to listen to music, do not prefer it. If you want something to talk while you are alone at home, without the slightest annoyance, then it is good.
Great talk time duration but it lacks audio notification for remaining talk time and a volume adjustment button.
I have owned Plantronics, Samsung, and Xiaomi, and the Jabra Talk 5 is the first Jabra handsfree that I use.
Pros:
1. Connectivity
2. Ease of use
3. Build quality and design
4. Sound and call quality (update 7/5/21 --> only when listening, not when being heard)
Cons:
1. Does not support media player (does not play music or sound from other apps besides calls)
2. Too simple in functions (basically only answers and ends calls) with just one button.
3. Does not have a separate power button for on and off. If you accidentally press it multiple times, it disconnects instead of turning off.
4. Does not have a volume adjustment button, you will need to do it from your phone... not practical if you are driving or doing something else.
Update 7/5/21
5. Ultimately, no matter how well you hear the speaker, it seems that they don't hear you the same way... Many people complain about this.
6. Frequent disconnections and takes initiative in reconnecting even though (I think) I have it turned off (see comment 3).
In summary, it only gets 2 stars for the above 3 pros. It is definitely not a value for money choice, as a Samsung or Plantronics (or other) at the same price offers more features and even better quality. (It also cost me a lot that it does not support media player, but that was my fault for not seeing it in the description, so I won't deduct another star)
For its price, it is good, but it presents a lot of noise in outdoor spaces. I mean that the microphone does not isolate external noises (city noise, cars, wind, etc.) and the interlocutor has difficulty hearing you.
Also, the button did not serve me well, it is not so ergonomic.
I kept it for 3 days and then I returned it and asked for a replacement with the PLANTRONICS M75.
