It has an air hole (to burn the gas well) near the connection with the hose.
1) When you light it, you have to push the silver tube that covers the hole (shown in the photo) and close the hole to push the gas towards the burner ... and then slowly open it to find the right position where the flame is blue so that the gas does not escape unburned and the utensils do not blacken.
2) Then, to close it, you have to close the hole again with the silver tube because the gas ignites in the hole with a small explosion.
Conclusion: Only for professionals who burn all day and need huge energy and a huge amount of food ... they didn't mention it on the website and I bought it and now I'm trying to find out how to get rid of it

Very good for its price, we use it for professional use (we have 4) and it made us look good. It requires attention in the connection and gas regulator on the bottle, but it is durable and fast in boiling.
