Owner for about 2 years. Absolutely satisfied with everything at first. Used only for toast and, in the last 6 months, for bacon.
Although the plates are ceramic, removable and wash easily, without showing any signs of peeling or anything else, suddenly it sticks the bread from the toast and they blacken immediately - burn, while the cheese inside has not melted. I have cleaned the plates 3 times after using toast, in case there were any residues left and causing a problem, but still the same.
I don't know what has happened but I will probably look for another company.
Pity.

The toasts in the 4 will burn on the outside. Inside, the cheese will not have melted. The height adjustment malfunctions, resulting in crushing them. Reading the different reviews here, I understand that it's a matter of luck. If you like to gamble, try buying it to see what will happen to you.
Well, the only good thing is that it toasts 6 sandwiches, not 4. If they are placed tightly, exactly 6 fit on the plates.
Within three years, it deteriorated from what it was made of, in other words, it fell apart and split into two pieces. Also, from the very beginning, the plates did not fit well on the base and the device has filled with liquids and grease in areas that cannot be cleaned. Every time I placed it upright, it leaked liquids from the inside, not from the plates, because I always had them cleaned.
It only toasts sandwiches well, but if cheese spills on the plates, it is difficult to clean and each time they peel more and more.
It is very bulky and does not store easily upright. The cord is also very inconvenient, where it is placed.
It is not Chinese, as mentioned somewhere, it is a Greek product, but unfortunately it is not worth its money.
The plates are NOT non-stick, they get dirty easily and are not easy to clean. Now that they are going to be thrown away, I used wire out of curiosity. They didn't clean even with that.
Very mediocre toaster. As a grill, it's not even worth discussing. It doesn't cook anything at all. It makes OK toast and the cooking time is decent. But don't even attempt to cook something on the grill, like meat, etc., it will never cook. It's simply just a toaster and they falsely advertise it as a toaster/grill.
It's not just non-stick. We cooked burgers and they stuck badly to the plates, which turned black and can't be cleaned no matter what, and they even fell apart. The same thing happens with all meats.
Now even the toast sticks, with one slice on the top plate and the other on the bottom.
Unacceptable.
I had bought one and the paint started to bubble. As time went by, it kept getting worse. Before the warranty ended, I took it for a replacement and got a new one. The new one was exactly the same... in the end, the warranty expired and I didn't have time to exchange it for something else.
As for toasting, it works well. For anything else, it takes too long.
Edit 9/3/2022: After 6 months of use, I am quite satisfied as it heats up quickly and toasts the sandwiches evenly. I haven't tried it with meat yet. However, in some cases, the bread sticks (!) to the plates and requires cleaning with a sponge (always soft - so as not to scratch them) and detergent to remove the residue. Also, as mentioned by another user, dark stains appear on the plates in some cases, which are difficult to remove.
I recommend frequent cleaning of the plates to keep them from sticking :-)
Initial review:
I have been the owner of this toaster for 3 months now and I am very satisfied so far. It can fit 4 sandwiches (basic), toasts quickly, and doesn't stick. The plates are also very easy to clean with a cloth or paper towel, and they can be easily removed for washing when needed. We haven't tried grilling meats/fish yet.
The secret to crispy sandwiches: We preheat it on level 4 with the plates closed, and as soon as the indicator light goes off, we unplug it and put in the sandwiches. In a few minutes, they are ready and crispy!
It's not worth its money.
I've had it for two years and today it's going to the trash!
Mainly used for toasting, as anything else I tried to cook didn't cook well.
The worst thing I have ever bought.
Once I tried to bake chicken, it took too long to cook, and after waiting for so long, I decided to just fry it because it wouldn't cook at all.
I tried again to bake fish, this time I succeeded after a lot of effort.
However, then I realized that the fats from the fish not only stayed on the Ceramic, but somehow they got inside the grill as well.
So, after removing the plates to clean them, I saw that the fish fats had gotten under a metal part, making it impossible to clean them.
When I placed it vertically, the liquids were dripping from the bottom, but I couldn't collect them because they had gotten inside the grill.
The worst thing, do not buy it!
It heats up quickly... delicious crispy toast... the plates are terrible... they get dirty as expected and don't clean up at all to the point where anything you cook sticks! What a shame
Good toaster. I have had it for about two years. The downside is the power cord connection. I mean its position, which is slanted and not at the bottom.
It is the best toaster I have ever bought. Firstly, it cooks 4 sandwiches incredibly fast and evenly, to the point where if you forget about them for a little bit, they will burn. I haven't cooked any food, so I don't have an opinion on that. However, it is very easy to clean with just a piece of paper, even if cheese sticks to it. The most important thing is its ceramic plates, which are the best and non-carcinogenic for food.
First of all, I have never seen such non-stick plates that I can clean with a wet paper. Some cheese had fallen and as soon as I put it under the faucet, it came off immediately. It cooks evenly as fast as any other so far. It should be noted that the dimensions are not the ones that are written, which is wrong because the other person thinks it is so big and doesn't take it. The dimensions of the plate are 23·32 and then you add the two back legs which are three cm. It's unbelievable, I have never had such a grilling plate before
I bought it on 10/12/2020, it worked fine for 4 months and today, on 1/5/2021, it suddenly burned out. I paid 55€ for nothing, just to see if I can make use of the warranty. I do not recommend you to get it. It's better to look for something else with that money.
P.S. In the end, they replaced it for me and I got another one for an additional 20€.
Apart from the fact that it heats up quickly, everything else is terrible. The supposed red paint on top has peeled off, the sides that support the bottom base are ready to fall apart, and the thermostat is unreliable. You set it to zero and it works as if it's on level 1. One star because it cooks satisfactorily... very expensive for this Chinese product
It is the first time we buy a relatively expensive toaster, we had the classic old ones for 2 sandwiches. It is awesome, it grills very nicely, cleans with just a kitchen paper, it has ceramic plates, at the price of 55€ that we bought it, I think it's worth every euro, now we just have to try grilling meat which I believe it will grill perfectly.
Although the cooking is okay and satisfactory, the overall construction is of poor quality. It's made of cheap plastic, fake, and ready to fall apart! The intensity adjustment button is about to come off, the height adjusters tremble, and as soon as you hold it, you realize it's cheap plastic of the lowest quality.
Unfortunately, I was deceived by the ceramic and detachable plates, as well as the height adjustment, and I didn't notice that it is a "Greek product," which is synonymous with POOR QUALITY!
Stay away and get something better!
Very good, with ceramic plates instead of non-stick ones. We were looking for ceramic ones, as non-stick ones have started to be criticized for many things. Good construction, large, everything is good. The only negative is that it takes a little longer to heat up. Probably because of the ceramic plates.
Very good toaster. It is very easy to clean and can comfortably fit 4 sandwiches. Obviously, it is slightly larger than the classic ones that can only fit 2 sandwiches. Personally, I set the thermostat to 3 at most because it is very powerful. Of course, I only use it for sandwiches with bread or tortillas.
The cleaning of it is as we see in the advertisements on TV. You grill souvlaki, wipe it with kitchen paper, and nothing remains. It is worth its money
Everything was fine and nice, but after 2 years it suddenly burned out. The warranty doesn't cover it. Such a shame. Nothing lasts anymore. As soon as the warranty ends, everything breaks and becomes disposable very quickly. In the past, everything used to last. For example, we have a Braun electric juicer (quite well-known) from the 90s and it hasn't had a single issue.
As a toaster, it is very good. It goes without saying that it makes excellent toast and grills meats wonderfully. However, unfortunately, it broke down after 7 months. It started leaking. Luckily, it is covered by warranty and I have the option to replace it, so I don't think I will buy the same model again!
I bought it mainly for making sandwiches, which it grills perfectly and quickly... the ceramic plates are very lightweight and easy to remove and clean... it's worth its money mainly because it makes very good and crispy sandwiches, like the ones I used to eat as a child in cafes and wondered how they made them so nice...
I have been satisfied with my purchase.
One thing I want to emphasize for future buyers:
- It does not have a very long cable, so if your socket is far away (about half a meter)
Toaster that comfortably fits 3 sandwiches, very convenient the removable plates that are easily washed. It has a round switch with intensity from 1 to 5. It heats up quickly and grills very well

We have it for grilling sacred in thin pieces.
I bought it in January 2020.
The first time it produced a lot of smoke.
But after that, it was fine.
It grills very quickly, the plates come out quickly, the sides dry and they go back in just as easily.
The toast is grilled immediately, so be careful with the cooking time.
Greek construction
Everything is good. But it should have an on/off switch so you don't have to unplug it. Otherwise, it's perfect.
It is a beautiful toaster, it toasts nicely, nothing sticks, and it cleans immediately with just a paper towel. What concerns me is that it has a lot of plastic (especially the back where the height adjusts). The other thing that I find unacceptable for a company like izzy is the button that adjusts the temperature. It feels like a button from a cheap toy. I have four izzy devices and I have never seen something so fake.
It has an unjustifiable forward call, and its plates stick incredibly.
