I have no experience, but the installation was difficult and there were no instructions included. (It contains strange plastic bolts, but also metal bolts. The metal bolts do not screw in. They seem small and do not fit properly. I was only able to screw in the plastic ones.)

The soft close works fine.

Although it is used by only one person, after 3 months of use, the seat has broken and the lid has cracked.

The melamine is probably very fragile?

Next time, I will prefer a plastic toilet seat cover.

Initially, it seemed to be too big for our toilet bowl, however with proper adjustment of the hinges (requires a little patience and effort), it fit perfectly on the bowl. Since then, it doesn't move at all and doesn't come off its position. The soft close function works perfectly. Very good material. I highly recommend it.

Not suitable for Ideal Standard Bahama toilet. Does not fit properly and both lids do not stay upright. Poor construction. We immediately removed it with the experienced plumber I had brought and will buy the original Ideal Standard lid immediately.
