Each unit of this book is divided into the following sections:

- Unit Topics: All grammatical and syntactical phenomena, as well as theory related to speech production included in the school book, are presented in detail. The theoretical material is accompanied by exercises for better consolidation of the taught material.
- Unit Vocabulary: Definitions, synonyms, antonyms, and cognate words related to the unit's topic are provided along with exercises.
- Speech Production: Model topics from the school book are developed, and a topic is given for response for further practice.
- Combined Assessment Criteria: Two criteria are provided, one in Modern Greek Language and one in Modern Greek Literature, according to the new evaluation method for the Modern Greek course. The structure of the criteria and the types of exercises are in accordance with the Ministry of Education's guidelines.
- Answers to all exercises in the Student's Book, as well as useful information for managing interdisciplinary project topics.
- Answers to the exercises in the Workbook.
