The "Once and Forever" is a work that collects brief editorials with thoughts and emotions about Medicine, psychosomatic health, crisis, quality of life, travel, and mainly memories. They are easy-to-read and light texts that fully harmonize with the spirit of the popularized general medical magazine titled "With Health", of the Sunday newspaper "Macedonia", in which they were published. Some of these, as well as some other notes and interventions in the press, have been grouped together and presented in this book.

The publication is a daring move, as it is not a scientific book with specialized knowledge and documentation, nor a literary work that requires inspiration. On the contrary, it fulfills the author's desire to deliver a work with a deeply confessional tone and style about certain thoughts (forever) or events (once). As the author says, even if one reader is moved, remembers, or learns something, it was worth the effort.
