Although I am not an expert in this field, I have been using this specific protein for 2-3 weeks now and I can say that I am satisfied so far.
As for the solubility of the protein, it requires a little patience if you have it in your hand. I now mix it in a blender for immediate results.
It is also easily digestible, it does not feel heavy in my stomach, and I did not experience any side effects.
The taste seemed a bit difficult at first, a good alternative is to mix it with milk and cocoa if you want, and it's fine.
Finally, it suits me because it is a pure protein product and does not restrict me with carbohydrates and fats in my diet, providing a more flexible solution.
For me, it is the definition of Value For Money and I will buy it again soon.
It is pure soy protein and I really saw a difference in my body from the first few days. It has a pleasant taste that slightly reminds me of children's fruit cream. However, it caused me a problem that I want to draw the attention of future consumers to. From time to time, I suffer from a form of mild gingivitis. Something that I had dealt with with my dentist. However, the issue resurfaced and I attribute it to this product after cross-checking. The gingivitis that resurfaced, resurfaced for the first time with a relatively strong bad breath. Experimentally, I left the "remnants" of the protein shake that I made with this protein (without anything else like milk, etc.) in the protein shake until the next day when I opened it and the smell it had was exactly the same as the suspicious bad breath of the gingivitis that resurfaced. I am not used to giving such negative reviews, but it concerns a somewhat sensitive health issue, and I admit that I may be the exception in this, but it is good to shed light on such negative symptoms. I would also include the packaging as a negative, which was a completely impractical paper packaging that was thinner than those we have for flour or sugar.
It's worth its money because it is the cleanest protein I have found so far, the taste is awful on its own but if you add some fruit it might improve, it dissolves easily in a blender, as for the results, if you combine it with good exercise and diet, you will see good results
It dissolves relatively well in a shaker and tastes great when combined with milk. Despite being made from soy, it doesn't leave a gritty texture like some other branded proteins. I will definitely choose it again as a substitute for whey protein. Great value for money!
Because I am a little bothered by whey because it is made from milk, I decided to try something else. I used it for one month, twice a day. The positive thing is that it didn't bother my stomach, but the negative thing is that I didn't see any difference compared to whey, which definitely helps someone who exercises.
It does not dissolve at all, but for soy protein it is ok. They unreasonably raised the price, I will look for something else.
15/05/23 I stopped using it, since January 2023, because of the price and stomach discomfort. There are products on the market with slightly less protein but with the same results and a more affordable price!
It dissolves easily, it doesn't have a bad taste, as for the result I don't have an opinion yet, after all it's the first time I'm taking it, we'll see... in the end, I have bought it three more times.. it's fine, no problem, on the contrary, it does what it says with proper diet and exercise, it has results
I have no experience with protein powders, this is the first one I try. I just want to say that it doesn't have a nice texture in milk or yogurt, it's like it doesn't dissolve, and I imagine the same applies to water or juice as recommended by the manufacturer. However, I tried it in the form of an omelet with several eggs and additional water/milk, and in this form it's fine. Otherwise, it hasn't caused any issues in my stomach, and it helps a lot in controlling hunger as it fills you up. If anyone has any idea if it's okay in shake form, please let me know...
Very good protein (although I don't have any particular experience on the subject). It's perfect if you don't want strong flavors in your shakes. If you use more than 20-25 grams, dissolved in milk, it gives a taste as if you have ground oats. Personally, I like it very much! (And at this price, get it with closed eyes, of course).
In terms of protein content, it is quite good, but the texture and taste (not exactly neutral) are very difficult to drink. Possibly if I discover a combination in mixing that makes it tolerable, I will use it consistently. The price is very good.
I have no "experience" with proteins, but this one definitely has a very high percentage (94%) and in a yogurt or milk with a spoonful of honey, it is excellent for me. The taste is neutral, so someone needs to add something for flavor (I personally add honey as I mentioned or a chocolate drink). Finally, it dissolves perfectly in a blender.
