If you like spicy drinks, you will love it. It was like drinking tea with A LOT of pepper. In the end, my eyes teared up from the burning sensation. However, I believe it will help with a cold or stuffy nose.

The ginger is quite intense and spicy, so I love it. I like this company because everything I have tried has the taste of each ingredient.

Every sip left a slight feeling of "scratching" in my throat, as if I had a sore throat. The sensation lasts for 1-2 seconds and is probably due to some of its ingredients. The Yogi Tea Stomach Ease Tea that I tried did not give me this feeling, even though it has several similar ingredients to the Yogi Tea Ginger Lemon. However, I imagine that they are in different proportions and percentages.
It has a nice aroma, but otherwise I didn't notice anything different from a regular tea, even though I only tried 4 of the tea bags it came with (I saved the rest for friends).
