Coconut oil is derived from the flesh of mature coconuts. Coconut oil withstands heat and is therefore suitable for cooking at high temperatures. It oxidizes slowly, is resistant to rancidity, and has a shelf life of about two years or more.
Over 45% of the oil's fat content is lauric acid, which is a rare medium-chain fatty acid found in nature and has some amazing health benefits such as:

I got the 200gr for the first time as a trial, and the first impression was the aroma as soon as I opened the lid, it smelled fantastic and discreetly, I think it shows how pure it smells. I got it for dry skin on my scalp, after the holidays I developed it and I read that it does a lot of good. Its texture for after summer, when I got it, is liquid so you just put it in your hand and spread it wherever you want. (In winter it becomes buttery due to the cold, but if you want a liquid form you can warm it up in the kitchen eye) I have long hair almost to my waist (so I put it all over my hair from the scalp to the ends) I will definitely try it for cosmetic use, like eye cream, body cream, and shaving! I am very excited, next time I will get the 500gr and I'm thinking of getting 2x500.. it is very good and pure. It makes you want to eat it!!!

A very good product. It has a nice smell. Personally, I use it for the care of my dog, mainly for brushing his teeth and massaging his paw pads.
