The balance bike from the company Janod introduces the child to the world of cycling and balance on two wheels without pedals. It is made of wood and environmentally friendly materials. Balance bikes replace tricycles and stand out as they are lightweight, user-friendly, and low in height. In order to start, children need to push themselves with their feet on the ground to gain momentum. Playing with a bike has been proven to contribute to the development of motor skills, perception, social skills as it exercises the child's ability to communicate with others and, of course, their balance.

It is wooden. This says it all. In 5 rides, the plastic axles and wooden wheels broke and got destroyed. 90 euros for 30 minutes of use from a 2-year-old child. Unsuitable product like all wooden ones!
Get a regular metal one, remove the pedals (2 minutes of effort) and once they learn balance, they will have a regular bicycle.
Update: I burned the wooden one in the fireplace because whenever my little one saw it and wanted to show me that she learned balance (on the metal one), she would fall when she tried because the wooden one had become a mess.
