For the 20 euros they were purchased, I would say that they definitely deserve the 5 stars. They are very sharp out of the box and they sharpen quite easily (I use a sharpening stone) since they have soft steel like all cheap knives of this category, and you can achieve a razor-sharp edge. They also require a little attention to prevent their outer coating from being damaged during washing, while a wooden cutting board is required to maintain their sharpness for a long time.

As for their use, although I didn't expect it, I use them daily and the santoku has become my favorite.

I definitely recommend them, especially for the price they have now (<15€), and they are also a good choice for a gift.

P.S. For those who say that they are not sharp, even if they were sharp when purchased, a sharpener is absolutely necessary because regular sharpening of knives is required even for knives that cost three digits.
