Like all cheap tools, here we have a product that requires some work to be usable. It is necessary to file and/or sand the edges, apart from the blade, so that they are not sharp and do not cause injuries. Since we are using sandpaper, it is also good to give a pass on the wooden handle so that it becomes smooth and no splinters protrude. Finally, oil it with a little olive oil for protection against oxidation and nourishment of the wood. It could do without these awful rivets, but they are just minor flaws. It is definitely not a good knife, but for its price and with the above modifications, it can be transformed into a useful tool before you get something better.

Great value for the money. If you want something much better for professional use, then look into knives that cost 100-200 euros.

By far the worst thing I have ever had in my hands. After 2 months, and after I had twisted it with any tool one can imagine, I wrapped it nicely and threw it away in the trash. It's the first time I got disappointed for a 3 euro purchase, it's so crappy.
Note: if it was defective we will never know, the nava point from which I bought it (let's not say which one) told me not to even bring it for them to see. Wow!

Good sturdy construction. The weight distribution is convenient for vegetables and small ingredients, but it is also large enough for larger ones. Because I used to put pressure on the front with the chef's knife, my hand would hurt, but with this one, not at all because it has a blade at the front that I press. It didn't replace the chef's knife entirely, but it is better for certain things (small and vegetable-related tasks in general).

The edge is easily maintained with a sharpener.
