  We had bought the slow cooker fa-5130, it worked for 3-4 meals and then one day suddenly the lid got stuck and wouldn't open at all! We took it to the warranty in Thessaloniki. Their associates were excellent and informed us that this specific slow cooker was defective! They gave us a new one and what is happening now is that you put the ingredients and select the program! And the time never goes down! As a result, the food gets burned!

However, I will say the following: never leave it alone and leave the house. Because it is very dangerous and I will tell you why. It doesn't always seal well, there are times when steam comes out from the sides, and I had to lift it and put it back to work. The second time it caught the pressure properly. It didn't happen to me just once. So, be careful. When it operates properly, it makes a beep when boiling starts. When it doesn't close well, it doesn't do it and steam comes out from the sides, but otherwise it cooks perfectly.

  Very good tool, I wanted it for a long time. It cooks like a pressure cooker, just with electricity. Half the cooking time, you can basically get rid of your pots. Meat, legumes, and oily foods are cooked with amazing taste and very quickly, as long as you use the right amount of water, obviously. The timer is perfect, I put everything in at night and set it to cook in the morning, resulting in ready hot food (it keeps it warm for several hours after it finishes automatically) without needing to wake up early like I used to. It has several programs, and I haven't even used all of them yet. I hope it lasts.
  Perhaps the only negative is that cleaning the lid requires a little effort (it needs to be disassembled to be fully washed)
