    This review is about a variation of the product

    It took about half an hour for the charcoal to light up. I have opened 6 holes around the lower part of the grill to improve air circulation. Otherwise, you can place it on top of 2 firebricks where you are grilling, so it doesn't touch the bottom completely, resulting in better air circulation.
