So far, the pan is good, light, and fully non-stick. In other words, you have to do something stupid for the food to stick. It goes without saying that we only use silicone or wood utensils, no metal objects inside. I hope it withstands time, and I will update for any changes.
Very good. Follow the instructions for use and it will stay new. Start with high temperature for 2 to 3 minutes and then lower it because it has reached a super high temperature. Be careful, only use wooden spatulas to avoid scratching.
