I have had it for about 3 years, the usage I give it is tough, for one person, I make 4 - 6 coffees a day, every day, and I also use it a lot in the winter and hot water for various infusions. As maintenance, I descale it once a week and change the filter of the jug once a year. As for the coffee, I use its own capsules, okay it doesn't have a wide range, but it recognizes the capsule and adjusts the amount of water, I prefer the freddo in the blue box, it produces more coffee.
Over time, I wanted to get the reusable capsule to use the blend I want... I didn't hear the best things from various people, so I stuck with its own capsules. As for the price, I can't say it's expensive or cheap, (I bought it for 50 euros from a store along with other appliances). There is a range of machines with these specifications, some are a click higher, some are lower, so... either this one is expensive or the others, it's a matter of personal preference.
Anyway, if someone is willing to spend some money, I highly recommend it, if they want to become a barista then... they have to delve deep, it's not worth the waste for something... approximately the same.

When I first bought it a year ago, I was excited. Within 1 minute, I had coffee, much faster than the filter coffee machine I had until then. And it doesn't just make coffee, but also hot chocolate, tea, there are many varieties in the Tassimo capsules.

A year later, I am bored and I no longer like the quality of the coffee it produces. The cappuccino, besides being expensive (over 80 cents per coffee), is of mediocre quality. The espresso is slightly better, but now I am not drawn to drink coffee from the machine and I order, which means it's time for a replacement. Also, Tassimo capsules in Greece are expensive, over 5.50 euros for a pack of 8. Abroad, they are less than 4 euros and sometimes I see similar prices on offer.

In summary, if you want good coffee every day to enjoy, prefer something else. If you want a coffee machine at home for guests or whenever you feel like it (meaning you are not a coffee fan), it is value for money.

The coffee shop is great for its price, the only downside is the noise, but other than that, it's a great value for money for a capsule coffee maker!

It only works with Tassimo capsules. The Cappuccino/Freddo... disgrace. Black darkness and disgusting taste. I cleaned it using the plastic lid/capsule that is hidden bottom-left in the machine... and returned it within 14 days.

Satisfactory coffee, variety in beverages, affordable capsules. If you are not a coffee connoisseur and want a "decent" option in terms of taste and a very good machine for capsules....then you see what you need.
