It has the ideal shape for the knee and fits perfectly, with a hole on the kneecap. It also has a durable elastic strap at the back. Inside, it doesn't have exactly gel, but gel balls that freeze. I highly recommend it without reservation!

Very good and innovative product but... it lasts about ten days... then the plastic tears and balls and blue liquid come out. They need to fix this problem. It is a very expensive product, especially if you buy it at a pharmacy, it costs 25€ or more.

After two weeks, the plastic casing opened at the "seams" in various points, causing the balls to start coming out. It can no longer be used.

For 1-2 months the product is amazing. However, soon the balls start to come out from inside, especially if you have small children or pets at home, it becomes dangerous! It's a shame because it seemed ideal.

Heats up very quickly, not a good application compared to a more fluid gel, the binding does not provide the promised application and movement, too expensive for what it is. ☹️☹️☹️

I bought the product the day before yesterday for use on the knee, and I think I threw away 22 euros. I say this because the cooling performance time is very short. I left it in the freezer for 2 hours, and after 10 minutes of use, it had warmed up!

I didn't have any other experience with something similar so I can't compare, but it does the job not only on the knee but also on the shoulder and wherever else you place it... In the end, after a year of using it, it has developed a hole and the balls are rolling on the floor and it barely lasts 5-8 minutes

I have it for a year, I have knee pain and tendonitis. After a doctor's recommendation for ice therapy, I ended up using this because I also use it when I work as a salesperson, when I experience pain during work and I can't sit down to relieve the pain, I just strap it to my knee for 7-10 minutes and I feel quite relieved. -1 star because it tore without any apparent reason and some pearls came out, and I have it with duct tape, but I will definitely buy another one soon because it does the job. Also, it can be put in the refrigerator for ice therapy. It maintains temperature satisfactorily.
