Easy to use. The construction material seems to be of good quality. It may lose cold somewhat quickly, around 15 minutes. The instructions also mention this (around 20 minutes). It does not have a fabric case to avoid direct contact with the skin. It probably doesn't need it, as it contains beads instead of a solid liquid. Average to good.

I would like it to be a little longer so that it can be tied around the knee. Otherwise, very good.

I have had it for 2 months and have used it at least 30-40 times only for cold due to tendonitis in my right hand. It has helped a lot but I give it a 4 because even though it is for the wrist and ankle, I would like the strap to be 5 points larger so that I can easily put it on at the height of the elbow. Almost everyone who suffers from tendonitis will need to apply ice at some point, so it would be convenient.

For its price, it is very good and worth it!

If after freezing you cannot apply it immediately to the skin because it is too cold, try putting it in the refrigerator, it still works, it will just thaw faster. You won't have to wait for it to warm up though, one or the other.

I have had the product for 2 months. It is of good quality. I only use it as an ice pack (not as a hot water bottle). It is functional and can be used for both wrists and ankles, as well as calves and feet.
