the worst, what can I first comment on that out of the 64 gigabytes it gives you 58.5, it eats up 5.5 gigabytes, in terms of performance it is literally a turtle and for those in the know it does not support format type fat 32 meaning if you have a pioneer radio it will not read it at all it will give error 32 and definitely on any other device that requires this type, really useless, a waste of the 15 euros I paid

I bought it for its simultaneous presence of USB-A and USB-C (connection with Android mobiles, new and old PCs/laptops). The previous one I had (ADATA) had the same philosophy and although it was good in terms of speed, it eventually had a hardware failure (the USB-C came off the board, the type-A was working fine).
I have had the Intenso 32GB for a few days now, so I will talk about my "first impression".

    - It is FAST.
--- In USB 3: write speeds of a "large file" 2.5GB ISO (seq write) = 45MB/sec, Read (seq read): 164MB/sec. See "images" for behavior (there is initially a buffer that makes it faster). The test is done on a Windows 11 machine with Ryzen 5 3rd gen, SSD M.2.
--- In USB 2: write 18MB/sec, read 32MB/sec (which is close to the maximum of the protocol). The test is done on a Windows 10 machine with i3 2nd gen, SSD.

Obviously, the speed drops significantly when copying many small files, as is the case with all flash drives (although it remains fast compared to others).

    - It does not get too hot.
Generally, for "small" copies (write), let's say 2GB, it gets "warm" now that it's spring (in summer and for larger copies, it will definitely be somewhat worse). It gets a little hotter in USB 3 type-C, and after use, it gets quite hot, but it's nothing compared to overheating (which I have seen with some Kingston and other flash drives). It gets even less hot in USB 2. This is important for the lifespan of the hardware, at least in theory. For large copies of several GB, I don't have an opinion, but in everyday use for regular file copies, I don't think it gets too hot.

    - It has a quality build.
It is all-metal without painted plastic in a metallic color. It rotates with a click (4 positions), so it won't rotate freely. It shows that it will survive on keychains (the plastic ones suffer). There are reports on Amazon that in some cases, the "board" came off the metal casing and the memory/electronics were lost. This is common for some reason in metal flash drives, mainly due to their expansion/contraction and the adhesive used during use. It happened to me with the older ADATA, and I fixed it by using new adhesive that I applied in a neutral spot and left it on a USB port overnight. It didn't come off again. The risk here is that the flash drive may come off and you may lose it, leaving you only with the casing on the keychain. If you see it (meaning you didn't lose it inside), you can fix it with "kindergarten" skills (it needs a little glue, probably a hard glue, not gasoline glue unless you want to remove it again).

    Observations:
Sometimes it didn't fit well in the port I inserted it into, resulting in various issues like very slow write speeds (more easily with the type-C). The ADATA I had was better in this aspect (I had no issues, it fit well). This may be the reason why some people say it doesn't have good speeds, even though the flash drive is very fast as you can see in the images.
The type-C connector in mine is not 100% straight (it looks slightly crooked, at least after 1-2 insertions when I looked at it and noticed it). I'm a bit afraid it might come off like the ADATA.

As for its durability, we'll have to see. We NEVER have our files only on a flash drive. They can get burned or lost, and flash drives should only be used for file transfer and not as the sole storage space.

Terrible. I made the mistake of buying it from a physical store and didn't see the review that shows its problems. When I try to make large transfers (around two gigabytes, nothing crazy), it overheats and reaches a point where it says there are 1,000,000 hours remaining. After that, the transfer fails and it doesn't even attempt to transfer anymore. It's garbage.
