    From such a gel, you should not expect it to replace ice or remove pain 100%. It initially relieves you, but if you have a problem, you should not rely on the gel. It absorbs slightly better than most similar gels and its smell is fantastic, not particularly strong or annoying. Ideal for after training until you go home to put ice. You can also use it during training, just make sure to wash your hands directly.
