The concepts of Society and Law represent two essential terms of collective human life.

It is evident that the organization and quality of this collective life depend on the corresponding levels of the referred elements.

With this starting point and given the continuous evolution of the conditions (economic, technological, social, political, cultural) of our collective life, Society and Law must be considered as objects of constant study and multiple perspectives. This scientific destination is also embraced by the versions of this dissertation.
