Hybrid elastomeric roof sealant made from new generation nano-modified resins.
Forms a protective membrane without joints and seams that is highly elastic, completely waterproof with high resistance to standing water, free of polyurethanes, solvents, and other dangerous and toxic substances.
It has excellent adhesion to any surface, such as concrete, cement mortars, gravel concrete, wood, metal, and all kinds of waterproofing layers.
Excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions.
The surface does not stick (tack-free) to foot traffic after application even at high temperatures, resulting in not accumulating dirt.

This year (September 2022) I refreshed the insulation of my roof, about 50 square meters. Not knowing the previous material that had been used or how many years ago the insulation was done, I decided to try this product as it claimed to be "tac free" without needing any extra varnish that would increase the cost, and that it could be diluted with water instead of a chemical solvent. So, I bought three buckets of 13kg each (3x13=39kg), where I diluted the first one with 10% water as instructed to use it as a primer. The other two buckets I used as they were with a good mix. I can say that the quantity of the material was sufficient for my square meters, but as I mentioned, I already had insulation and just refreshed it. Also, I found it easy to use with a synthetic roller that I used. As for the "tac free" claim, it is true, but it will take 3-4 days for the last coat to fully dry. The only thing left to determine is its durability over time and when it will need to be refreshed. Overall, it is a good product and recommended for non-professional use.
2 years on a 120 sqm terrace in a summer house 200 meters from the sea with a lot of humidity in the area. I cleaned the terrace well and applied 2 coats in a cross pattern and one more in areas that receive water and in the joints of the tiles and near the drains. So far, it doesn't seem to have any issues. Next year, I will wash it and apply another coat. I hope it holds up. That's how it looks anyway.
In the end, this year it's fine. I won't apply another coat for nothing. We're in the third year and it's okay.
Excellent product. I cleaned the terrace thoroughly with a pressure washer. I applied the first coat diluted enough. Then I applied three coats crosswise. WARNING: BLACK SUNGLASSES ARE NECESSARY because it reflects the sunlight and it is dazzling!!! In the summer, with the sun burning at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, you can touch the surface with your hand and it is cool... excellent!
It has been 5 years and all I do is clean it with a rubber every summer to remove the dust. I highly recommend it
I confirm as well.
Very good product. I have coated my terrace and the result lasts for 5 years now.
Having previously treated the terrace with a waterproofing primer. This year, I am planning to recoat it again after washing the terrace with a pressure washer.
Incredible resistance to sun and wear, I have placed it on the balcony, a mosaic of about 50 years, 100 square meters, with many pots that we drag, and the insulation doesn't get damaged at all. Every 5 years, I wash it with a pressure washer and repaint it. I don't dilute it, I mix it very well with a mixer. I hope I helped
