  Unfortunately, it caused me very intense nightmares and I couldn't handle it. I tried it two or three times and then I never touched it again. Someone else had written about it, but I decided to try it myself. It's probably the combination of melatonin and valerian that is to blame. Because I have been taking a product with only valerian for a long time and I didn't have such strange symptoms.
