I have done my terrace with Isotop and I think it is a very good product. It has been 4 years (I check it every year) and it is going well. If I see that it starts to wear off, I will apply another coat on the terrace. I think I will do it next year regardless, whether it has wear or not. (I will reinforce it and use much less material, so it will be more cost-effective for me)

Clean the terrace as well as we can (I did it myself to save money) and then apply the Waterproofing in a cross pattern. One coat vertically, one horizontally.

It is better to do this AFTER the summer and BEFORE the rains.

Excellent product with great grip on surfaces and great sealing ability even in cracks.

One pot covers a roof of 40m2 and approximately 20% remains in the pot.
Very satisfied with the lower temperature in the house, especially at night

I was waiting to see how it would perform with the first rains and cold weather... PU in general is much better at this price, it doesn't get dirty as easily as older insulation technologies, it also maintains whiteness for longer and has better breathability.
I highly recommend it, don't bother with cheaper insulation for a few euros...
Also, the reapplication on top of older insulation worked very well, no issues.

Perhaps the best roof sealant on the market, easy to use, good application, and quick drying!

Expensive but gets the job done. Definitely need a roller underneath. Then it spreads incredibly easily. Two hands on 35 square meters and had 1/4 left over.
