For 0.6 mm, it is relatively thin, of course compared to others, it is preferable, rather than sinking and distorting. This one is harder and better (for me) compared to softer underlays. Used on a tile floor for aerobic exercise. For 8-11 euros, it is value for money. I recommend it.

It does not slip, it is as soft as a mattress of this thickness can be, ideal for those who do yoga or pilates exercises at home without shoes.
Mine broke immediately after two months of use, after exercising three times a week (with shoes).
Its material wore out, resulting in small purple "crumbs" filling the house during exercises.
