We're doing well with the components, but that's about it. Poor charger connection (the cable falls off on its own when the machine is upright after 1 year). Average battery. I either don't know how to use the attachment with the 3 heads or it simply doesn't do anything. The main head is extremely difficult to clean, and if it gets clogged, it now vibrates and doesn't cut well at all. Bad value for money.

Broke at the connection of the shaving component, cheap construction. The trimming attachment tugs on the hairs. It doesn't do what you think it will do like a machine.

Stay away from this specific, cheap construction! You get what you pay for in the end! The quality is very low and I was disappointed from the first day of use. It doesn't provide a close shave, not even as a joke, and the instructions for use are useless! With a little more money, there are clearly better options available...

I shouldn't forget to mention that when I tried to change the head, a piece broke because, as I said, the plastics are a joke. The battery life is relatively good, but the ergonomics of the trimmer are incredibly bad. It also comes with attachments for facial massage-cleansing and nose and ear care. Don't make the mistake of buying it for beard grooming because it's not meant for that purpose, it clearly states it.

I will have to keep it since there's nothing I can do now, these products can't be returned.

It takes 30 minutes to shave a week's worth of hair. It easily gets clogged and is difficult to clean. Delicate construction, requires special handling. It is waterproof. The advantage is the special tool for removing heads. The battery lasts a long time, charges very quickly, and its price is highly attractive.

For its price, it is mediocre! In order to achieve a close shave, you have to go over it many, many times on 200 different spots, resulting in irritation! The triple head does not shave satisfactorily at all! The trimmer head is good and the battery lasts a long time and charges quickly!

It could shave a little deeper and then it would be perfect, of course, if this is intentional so as not to irritate, then it has achieved its goal because it does not irritate at all (my skin). One downside is that it says in the instructions not to overcharge, meaning it does not stop charging when it reaches 100% and you have to unplug it. That's what it says, but I don't know if it means that because I haven't noticed anything like that, I mean after it fully charges, I have forgotten it for a few hours and it was not warm at all, which it should be if it is overcharged, so maybe the poet means something else... Another downside is its battery life, which could last longer. However, I consider it value for money!

The built-in folding care mechanism for the favorites broke for fun.

I hope the warranty covers it and they give me my money back because I don't want a replacement, the build quality is not good.

After 3 months of use, I can say that it has offered a lot for the money, I highly recommend it!
