Very good professional machine alternative to Epson. It does exactly what it promises without further difficulties. Direct connection with network cable and you're ready.

A friend recommended it to me for heavy duty cash register work, and I can say that after two months and something, I am completely satisfied. The size is a nice touch, as it easily fits under the central counter without causing any inconvenience.

Positive: It is very fast and the print quality is very nice.
Negative: One printer had a faulty power plug. I paid for the shipping to send it for repair or replacement. I am still waiting as I just sent it today, 1.11.2021. There is no update on the drivers and the program that you need to download for network connection. Compared to other brands like Samsung, the installation is more complicated.
