Conventional: Used for cakes where uniform heat distribution is required to achieve a fluffy texture.

Conventional with fan: Suitable for roasts and baking. The fan evenly distributes heat inside the oven, reducing cooking time and temperature.

Grill and bottom heating element: Special for roasts. Used for any piece of meat, regardless of its size.

Maxi grill: Recommended for gratinating larger surfaces than with the grill, as the higher power gives the food a browned appearance faster.

Grill: Surface gratinating and grilling. Browns the outer surface of the food without affecting the inside. Suitable for flat-shaped foods such as steaks, ribs, fish, slices of bread intended for toasting.

Grill / Maxi grill with fan: Allows for even cooking while browning the surface of the food. Ideal for a variety of meats on the grill. Special for large pieces of meat, such as poultry, game, etc. It is recommended to place the meat on the oven rack with the tray underneath to collect the juices.

Bottom heating element: Heat only on the bottom side. Suitable for warming dishes or for dough rising and similar preparations.

Fan-forced heat + Bottom heating element: Ideal for pizzas, pies, and cakes or pastries with fruit fillings.

Fan-forced heat: The fan distributes the heat coming from a heating element located at the back of the oven. Thanks to the uniform temperature produced, you can cook simultaneously on 2 levels.

Slow cooking: Special function for preparing stewed meats with sauce, stews, etc., in a traditional way and generally for foods that are cooked "on low heat," i.e., at a low temperature for a particularly extended period. For best results, it is recommended to use pots suitable for oven use and covered with a lid.

Eco: Allows you to cook food in your oven with minimal energy consumption. The oven heats through resistance and air circulation and, depending on the model, turns off a few minutes before the end of cooking, thus taking advantage of the residual heat in the chamber and ensuring perfect cooking. Recommended for fish and all kinds of roasted meats.

Defrost: This function is recommended for gentle defrosting of food: Mainly for foods that are not consumed hot, such as creams, cookies, tarts, pastries, etc.

Dough rising: Special function for dough rising for bread or pastries.

Rapid preheating: This function quickly preheats the oven chamber to the temperature you have selected. Use this function when the oven needs to reach a specific temperature before inserting the food.
