After three months of use in a household with one person, the thermostat broke and I have to turn it to the maximum hot setting to get lukewarm water. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It is very good and does its job. I have had it for 1 month and so far I haven't seen any problems. The handles are plastic and logically if they are hit, the coating will come off. The body seems to be resistant to scratches. The salts it collects are minimally visible.

After an expensive Grohe, also thermostatic, which appeared to be defective (started leaking for no reason at the 12-month mark - for various reasons outside of warranty), I proceeded to purchase this particular faucet. I hope it proves to be better than its replacement. Clearly, it is particularly helpful, like all thermostatic ones, as it maintains the temperature where we want it. It is also very elegant.

Purchased on 12/20 and it shows excellent performance.
Affordable thermostatic battery for the bathtub. The water it produces has a temperature very close (+/- 1 degree) to what we set. It doesn't scratch easily. Ideal for small children, it doesn't have any corners that can cause injury and it has a switch to prevent them from raising the temperature above 38C and getting scalded.

I am coming back after 14 months from the first review. It still hasn't presented any problems and the water is quite bad in my area (dirt, salts, etc.).
