TERRIBLE!! The keys do not respond immediately and when they finally do, they act as if they were pressed twice. The only positive thing is that it looks extremely similar to the genuine LG one and has similar functions (e.g. 3D, etc.). I would not buy it again.

When pressing on each of the four directions, you have to apply force, not jokingly, and besides that, a double click sound is heard. The issue is solved by connecting a mouse. Overall, it is very annoying. All the other buttons are fine.

No, you will not get a copy, although it may work perfectly on newer TVs. For our 2016 55uh859v TV, it is the BEST thing I have found at the BEST price I have found. I tried the authentic LG controller Anmr21ga, which does not work on my TV. After contacting the representative, they offered me the mr600 and mr650, but only after ordering from the same company at a price of 90 euros with an unknown arrival time in Greece before they send it to me. Of course, I looked for a cheaper solution and ended up with this one. YES, the buttons are different from the photo because they sent me the RM-L930+3, but almost everything works perfectly except for hybrid TV and zoom. I am 100% satisfied because for 3 euros, my smart TV is working again and I have access to Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, or any other application I discover in the store. If my son breaks it again, I will buy another one now that I know how it works
