Carnitine is a tool, not a cure-all, and it won't magically get rid of your fat. Fat is purely a matter of calories. Now, as for this specific product, it has a good taste and is practical as a supplement. I needed it for the final cut (I am 1.75 meters tall and weigh 80 kilograms, with 6 years of gym experience).

Now, be careful with the following: Carnitine that is not administered intravenously, when absorbed by the body, the bacteria that process it in your digestive system create a byproduct that "harms" the heart. That's why the supplement does not exceed a dosage of 2mg and contains Inulin. Well-known bodybuilders abroad accompany it with a Garlic supplement (allicin) because it kills or limits the bacteria that cause this problem. So, it's good to do your research and be careful about what you put in your mouth in the long term because nothing is innocent.

It is the BEST product for carnitine, both in terms of quality and price per mg. WARNING: some dishonest sellers are selling a product that claims to have 100,000 on the bottle but only has 50,000 mg of carnitine.

My wife and my friend (after my suggestion) take it for energy as mothers and professionals. BOTH have seen results. I take it before strenuous mental or physical work. AND IT HAS AN EFFECT ON BOTH. (In mental work, it should be combined with fish oil or something with Omega fatty acids)

TAKE IT IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. 10 ml is okay for men (50 days per bottle) and 5 ml for women. IT MAY cause difficulty sleeping because it stimulates the body to transfer energy (fat/sugar) to the cells.

IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT BUT IT STRENGTHENS MUSCLE MASS. Carnitine acts as an energy bowl that goes to the cells. Instead of having a cart to fill with energy, you have a... chassis. This means that it provides the necessary energy the body needs when you are tired (even more). It functions as a more efficient energy transfer. IF THE CELLS DO NOT NEED ENERGY, THE CART WILL GO... EMPTY. BUT IF THEY DO, IT PROVIDES MORE THAN ENOUGH.

If you are physically exhausted and want to lose weight, a) DO NOT EAT BUT b) have a Gatorade or orange juice for extra hydration.

If you are doing mental work, drink water or tea. Coffee causes overstimulation.

Additionally, carnitine has the following benefits: a) it helps the heart (that's why it is given to the elderly) b) it significantly improves sperm motility (in case of impaired sperm). For b), there is a medical study from Italy that recommends 2000 mg (10 ml here) for results AFTER 3 months (sperm have a 3-month cycle).

This specific product also has some added vitamins for better absorption (unlike the "supposedly 10,000"). Compared to pharmaceutical ampoules, it is 50% cheaper.

In terms of flavors, APPLE is slightly more sour but with a less intense taste than the strawberry one that reminds you of cough syrup.

NEGATIVES. It is good to take a marker and draw a circle around the 10 ml mark on the dosing cup and mark below the line. And after drinking it, add a little water inside the dosing cup to "rinse" it as you drink the residue. If you don't do this, you lose at least 1 ml for free.

Well, I am an amateur bodybuilder and I used it while I was on a 100% Ketogenic Diet, 75% Fat, 5% Carbs, 20% Protein.

I was in a constant state of Ketosis for a week while taking the product daily in megadoses, 4000 mg per day, as recommended by Dr. Robert C. Atkins, MD, in his book "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution."

My daily calories: 1830 (Male), 8.5 km on the treadmill daily, which is 59.5 km/week, 30 minutes before physical exercise as recommended on the bottle by BIOTECH USA.

Result: Zero. I measured my waist circumference one day before starting the seven-day period and on the 7th day of daily exercise, and I hadn't lost even 0.1 cm from my waist, so there was ZERO loss of body fat. During the seven-day period, as I mentioned before, I was consuming exactly 1830 calories per day, weighed and calculated with EXCEL, natural foods (olives, sardines, chicken breast, lettuce, olive oil).

This product is not a miracle fat burner and it will not burn your fat if your diet is not correct. (In my case, it was my fault because my metabolism had slowed down after 90 days of Ketogenic Dieting/1830 calories per day and 20 hours of fasting per day with only water, and I just needed to do carb cycling).

TASTE: Pleasant but it lingers in the mouth all day.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS: I noticed that I didn't get tired despite doing cardio. Almost no muscle soreness, no muscle discomfort or pain in the legs after workouts.
