Diamond in the rough. Despite everyone expecting it to be a flop like greyhill incident, not only did it prove us wrong but it has also received very good reviews so far.

  • I got it on sale from a well-known store for 80€ to connect an xbox series s and my phone (samsung s21). The phone connected directly with a simple type c to hdmi adapter and the sound plays from the phone without any settings. Now, as for gaming with the humble series s, the result was really good considering the price of the monitor. Great colors, responsiveness, simple menu without many settings to bother with, and good viewing angles with satisfactory blacks. Obviously, I don't have the result of my oled tv with the ps5, but I think for this price, this particular monitor is the definition of value for money, easily competing with monitors that cost much more. Finally, sleek and minimal in appearance.

A very good choice for a horror game in 2024. It definitely has its weaknesses with bugs and slightly clumsy gameplay, but its atmosphere is unique. Many times I found myself stopping the game for a while and staring at the scenery. Recommended 100% for fans of the genre.

  • I have the philips 55oled707 with ambilight on 3 sides (left-top-right) and I bought this set mainly to add ambilight to the base of the TV and not so much for simple room lighting. I already have several automations in my Xiaomi home, so I have a point of comparison. The difference between them is chaotic. Initially, the connection of the bridge, the bulbs, and the creation of profiles in the Philips app was very easy and was done in a few minutes, while with Xiaomi it was a Golgotha. The app that controls the system is incredibly easy and any action you take is done with 100% immediacy. As for my case, I placed the 2 bulbs behind my TV (bottom left and right, respectively) and I placed the third bulb in the ceiling light fixture as shown in the video. It has endless settings to achieve the desired result. Perhaps the price is a bit steep, but personally, I was impressed and do not regret buying them. Finally, be aware that those who want to combine it like I did with the ambilight of their Philips TV, models after 2023 also require the sync box, where the cost goes beyond.

I had not played any other game from this series nor am I a fan of this genre. By around the middle, I was getting a little bored. Fortunately, I gave it another chance and did not regret it. It is truly a very good game with very nice graphics and sound, a very strong story, and characters that draw you in. The gameplay is flawless and the Greek dubbing is enjoyable. It's worth someone playing it 100%.

Diamond, flawless gameplay, sound and graphics are decent. The story seemed a bit elaborate but not enough to be tiresome. In terms of horror, I can't say I was as scared as, for example, the Callisto Protocol, but its atmosphere is satisfactory. A must-buy for genre enthusiasts.

The spoiled gaming community "crucified" this game because for some reason they expected it to continue and surpass the successful franchise of Dead Space. Personally, I enjoyed the game and having played the remake of Dead Space 1 right before, I don't think it falls significantly behind. Yes, the combat system is strange, yes, it had its bugs, but it's a great game for fans of the genre. Such new efforts should be rewarded because at some point we will run out of remakes, guys. It felt like a mix of Dead Space and Alien Isolation to me. Finally, especially with the price drop, it is one of the most value-for-money games in its category.

Coming from Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch OLED, I can say with the unreal prices of the other 2 next-gen consoles, the Series S is the way to go for a more affordable option. The console and controller are incredibly high-quality. Its small size makes it practically portable, and it will play all the new games just fine on simple FHD TVs. If you have extra money, don't buy it. But if you want to make a smart choice and you're an everyday gamer who doesn't want to spend a paycheck on a console, get it and you won't regret it. Even the fact that it doesn't play discs can be solved with Game Pass or frequent deals on the Microsoft store. One of my most value-for-money purchases in recent years.
