When I opened it, I got a smell that reminded me of a sewer. When I tasted it, the flavor was like spoiled pineapple.
Since it is early, I cannot say if it does anything.
I reserve judgment for the future to comment on the positives or negatives, as Mr. Fikiore says it takes 2 months of use to help cleanse the liver.
(In the end, I gave it to my father to consume, so I cannot say if it does anything or not).
