Cold steam as mentioned by other buyers.
Only warm near the nozzle.
The steam lock safety on the button did not work on both that I bought.
It is heavy and uncomfortable in the hand.
I recommend the HKoenig NV60 which I bought and is better and lighter.

I was not satisfied at all with the product! Every 15 seconds, you have to stop to fill it with steam, which is not even hot! Even for those 15 seconds, it does not do what it claims, unfortunately! It doesn't even remove the simplest stain... and that's logical since it doesn't have high temperature! I would not recommend it... better try something else, maybe something more reliable!

Value for money purchase. Small container indeed, but it does its job and does it very well. Additionally, it includes all the extra accessories (for windows, fabrics, etc.) in the package.

I use it in a store to disinfect products after testing, but also occasionally at home.

Let me start with the positives. The build quality seems very good, the plastics are sturdy, although initially the steam smelled burnt, now it's minimal. There are many attachments and they do their job well. The cord is quite long (3m) and the water heats up quickly, in 2 minutes from the moment it's plugged in, it's ready. Also, the amount of steam until it needs reheating is good for the size of the device, about 6-7 seconds of continuous steam until the pressure noticeably drops. And of course, it's very affordable.

Now for the negatives. I haven't used a steam cleaner before, but the steam is cold for some reason. It has high pressure, but I would prefer less pressure and higher temperature, as I'm not sure if it actually disinfects. It emits hot steam at 10 centimeters from the nozzle and scalding hot at 5 centimeters, almost sticking. And of course, when any attachment is added, the steam always comes out cold. It also releases a lot of water during use. It requires very quick presses (less than 1 second) to avoid water release, although sometimes it still comes out a little.

Is it worth it? Maybe, depending on the use. It's fine for cleaning hard surfaces, but possibly unsuitable for disinfection. But I will probably look for something more expensive next time.

Shortly after 1 year, the valve broke and it still works, but it started to leak slightly (a continuous hissing sound...). I would have liked it to last a little longer...
