I cooked three times and today I found 5 scratches out of nowhere. The food doesn't stick at all so far, it quickly and evenly develops temperature on an induction stove, but I have never encountered such a sensitive coating on a non-stick pan before, and for me, it is a big disadvantage.
Cheap and beautiful. I don't know if it scratches easily because from the first moment we use the right tools to avoid damaging the coating. It does its job
In 3 years I had to throw it away. The inner base had turned red from the sauces, which I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I cleaned the pan. Suddenly, black spots started to appear, probably from the detachment of the non-stick material, and it also scratched very easily. The company cannot rely on the fact that nothing metallic will touch the pan, the Tefal pan that is, because they miscalculate these things. I also bought the milk frother for 25 euros, which I had to throw away again within 2 months, for the same reason. I called their customer service to report the issue with the milk frother and sent them photos as they requested, but with the excuse that something metallic probably touched it, they didn't give me any solution. They told me to throw it away and buy a new one. There is no way I will ever buy anything from the Pal company again, not even for fun. Unacceptable company.
Whatever you buy, you need to be careful and cautious. In the eye of the kitchen, you should cook on low heat and covered with the lid. Any mishandled cooking utensil will show its wear and tear. When we cook, we are above it, if it gets burnt, the mistreatment will show. For now, I have one for sautéing and one frying pan, also one as a gift for my sister and one for my aunt. I haven't heard any complaints.
More than 15 months of use
The best I have bought despite trying other well-known brands, without mentioning names...
It looks worn in the photo but still has the promised features. I would buy it again without hesitation
Although I answered "yes" to the question of whether it doesn't stick, is lightweight, and doesn't scratch - I give it a grade of 1. Because initially excited by the first one I bought, I purchased the whole series. Turns out they break easily and within 2 years I threw away all four.
Until now, I had bought many branded non-stick pans with disappointing results in both quality and use, until I used this one at a relative's house and of course, I immediately bought it because it is truly non-stick, durable, and I think there is no better one.
With a difference that is the best there is and finally something truly non-stick. Beautiful, sturdy, easy to clean and... should I say it again? truly non-stick!
By far the best frying pan I have ever bought and it is TRULY & GENUINELY NON-STICK! I have had it for 5 months and it does not stick anywhere!!! In fact, NOTHING sticks to it, whether cooking with or without oil (I checked it with eggs, omelette, spinach, rice, steak, potatoes, cream, tomato sauce, pasta, fish). It outperforms well-known pans like Fest, Green Pan, etc. that would stick even with an egg. It is big enough and tall enough to make, for example, a minced meat sauce for the whole family and add the pasta inside. I would definitely like it to have a lid, but I haven't checked yet if the ones I have at home fit. It cleans easily with a little water or even with a little kitchen paper. I haven't tested it for scratching and honestly, I don't want to see it scratched! Clearly, it is great value for money!!! I highly recommend it!!!!!! I will immediately buy a smaller size as well.
I ordered the 24cm size and to my disappointment, I realized that the base is 15cm, resulting in it not properly covering the eye of the ceramic stove.
I don't have an opinion on the quality since I can't use it.
I bought it during the first quarantine and I cooked in it every day. Spacious, this one is 28 cm, beautiful because of its light color, super non-stick even now that my friend broke it because he used metal utensils and made scratches all over it. He even burned it and it's still non-stick! I'm getting ready to buy another one from the same company, specifically the saucepan with a lid, because I was very satisfied even though it has scratches - it's not the product's fault, but my friend's misuse of it. I will hide the new utensil so he doesn't find it :D
Also, it is very easy to clean and it is not made of Teflon, which I hate.
In the first lockdown, we bought a 30cm Pal pan from a supermarket. We use a pan daily and usually 2-4 times a day. Not for frying but for baking, roasting meat, toasting, making crepes, eggs, sauces, etc. In the past, we have bought (like everyone else) many pans from famous or very famous brands. With frequent use, they would last 6-9 months, maybe a year, and then they would be thrown away. With Pal, we were pleasantly surprised for the first time. I admit that I did not know the brand. I was skeptical. Of course, I was impressed by the sturdy construction on the bottom, the very sturdy and comfortable handle with a smooth finish, which is also a good conductor of heat. I was also impressed by the ceramic beige coating. I just looked at it and said, "How long will it be non-stick?" We started using it and I can say that I was amazed. Well, it's simple, the pan IS NON-STICK. You don't need to use oil or butter. It has been 8 months. The beige-colored pan has turned slightly black, but it STILL remains non-stick despite the darkness, and the food SLIDES off. Easy to clean with a sponge and soap. Yes, it is slightly heavier compared to other pans, which is good because it is thick at the bottom. So it has more metal and DOES NOT WARP. So, since it does not warp, it still sits well on the stove and provides even cooking. After 8 months, about ten days ago, we ordered 2 more PAL pans, one 20cm and one 28cm. We received them 2-3 days ago. It is the first time we have made a repeat purchase of a pan.
Really incredible! After 2-3 pans from a well-known and expensive company that I changed because they were useless in 2 and something years (and coincidentally I heard another customer saying it in the store), I decided to simply buy a cheap one and use it as long as it lasts. It cleans easier than any pan I've ever had, it's perfectly non-stick, and you enjoy cooking with it. I've had it for over a year and if it breaks, I will buy it again.
At first, everything is good, it is the most beautiful pan in the world. However, after many uses, it breaks down, unfortunately. The food sticks and the bottom changes color!
***Update: I threw it away, it didn't hold up at all, within the first 3 months.
We have had it for over 2 years and we are very satisfied. Despite being scratched due to our own mistake, it doesn't stick at all. We use it very often for omelettes and fried eggs. We are very satisfied with both the product and the company.
After purchasing a frying pan from a well-known super market using coupons advertised by a famous chef, I conclude that the pan is VERY mediocre for what it offers. In no way does the price correspond to its quality.
After the first month, it sticks terribly and wastes a lot of money. With a cheaper frying pan, I did a better job and made the mistake of buying 3 different sizes
The worst frying pan I have ever bought, after the first month it sticks terribly. It's a waste of money, cheaper pans last longer. And I have bought 3 different sizes
