First of all, it does not have height adjustment. Worst construction. From the moment I started assembling it, 2 screws broke. Cheap Chinese screws. You also cannot adjust or stabilize the angle up and down. After 1 month of use, whether you set it on the 1st level or the 3rd, it still rotates the same.
