The system is based on exercise with elastics, which allow for a wide range of exercises and movements targeting specific muscle groups. Forget the pains you feel in your back, arms, and knees! The training system is tough on muscles and gentle on joints.
The price is unbelievable. I have taken off the bands and I use them as abdominal wheel with open or closed hands.
For 6 euros, it's the best... It's extremely lightweight.
1. The most effective foam roller, and I've tried everything.
2. If you're a man and you don't have Ronnie Coleman's requirements, even the most fit/strong can easily do Front-Raises & Lateral-Raises for shoulders. The burn is intense.
3. For women, it does almost everything for shoulders, back, biceps, etc
It looks good, but it is very lightweight plastic and I don't know if it does the job! It also has 2 pages with exercises!
The tire broke in less than a month! I hope I am one of the unlucky ones... It is affordable and I liked it enough while using it...
