I have it here for 2 weeks!!! 3 times bread and 1 time cake! Excellent product without taking up much space! It's worth its money! It cleans very easily and it's very easy to use.
Looking for a bread maker with a gluten-free program setting to replace an older one, I found the MBF IZZY004. The photo I am attaching shows that this bread maker has a gluten-free program. However, after many attempts and wasting several kilograms of flour, we realized that this is impossible. I should note that our experience in making gluten-free bread is extensive, spanning decades with various machines, quantities, qualities, etc. We are obligated to follow a gluten-free diet due to celiac disease, and the bread maker is an essential tool for our daily nutrition. The store assured us that the bread maker can make gluten-free bread. However, there is no indication of a gluten-free program on the device or control panel. In the third photo, I am presenting one of the bricks we made. I want to emphasize that the bread maker may be excellent for making bread WITH gluten, but I am referring specifically to making bread WITHOUT gluten.
Since I bought it, I haven't bought bread again. At first, you need a few experiments until you get the bread just the way you like it. From there on, it's super easy and economical.
The bin cannot be removed to be cleaned properly. They do not respond to my email I sent them because I cannot remove the bin

Use a scale for the flour, do not rely on the instructions that say the dispenser corresponds to 160g of flour (it corresponds to less).
And yes, the sound it makes when it finishes and when you press the buttons didn't need to be so loud, it's annoying.
Also, the maximum baking time is 70 minutes, not 90 minutes as stated in the instructions.
It makes satisfactory bread. Of course, many times I put it to do its "dirty work" of kneading and I put the bread in the oven to dry. Pay attention to the scratching of the bowl and the mixer. If bread sticks, it needs soaking and then washing with a soft sponge, otherwise it gets scratched. I replaced both parts. Overall, satisfied
I have had this bread maker for about 1 year. It is very good in operation, cleaning, and baking. Compared to the IQ maker I had before, the bread doesn't rise as much. I am still experimenting with the quantities of ingredients and their combinations, hoping to achieve the desired result. Overall, though, I am very satisfied.
It's worth 100%. However, in order to succeed, you must put the ingredients in the order mentioned in the instruction manual.
I have had it for 2 years and the following problem occurred. The latch of the drum has come loose, resulting in the drum moving around and making a lot of noise, as well as not properly mixing the material. I believe this particular drum needs two agitators instead of just one that it currently has
At first, when we were choosing which company's product to buy, we saw differences in well-known brands, but we made the best choice after evaluating the reviews we saw. So, in turn, I confirm the positive comments you will read below.
Do not make the cake and bread recipe with milk. I threw away so many ingredients in vain. I only use instant preparation and the first one.
I have it for about 2 months now. I make bread day after day! It's just perfect! A little dosage at the beginning and for the first 10-15 minutes I pay attention and then I let it do its job. Recipe from Argiro "Bread in the bread maker". VFM!!
Update*:
After about 1.5 years and many loaves of bread, it broke: The Mill went crazy and threw the dough outside. It was replaced with a new one. Overall, I have a good experience.
The bread is very tasty, baked inside but even in the dark program, the top remains colorless, I don't know if someone else has the same problem
I bought it after doing some research to help me make bread with my NATURAL SOURDOUGH. I select the dough program, let it rise outside the bread maker, near a heat source, and then bake it using the baking program. There is a program for bread with sourdough, but it takes many hours and I imagine the energy consumption will be high.
As for baking, the large 1kg loaves DO NOT BAKE WELL. Even though I bake them for more than an hour, longer than the program's one hour. The 750g loaves bake perfectly in one hour.
Also, the "recipes" that come with the machine are unacceptable. My suggestion for natural sourdough lovers for a loaf of about 750g: I use 350g flour, 10g salt, 200ml water, 10g oil, and 150-250g refreshed sourdough, depending on the time I have for proofing. The more, the less time...
Another negative is the noise of the buttons, as well as the notifications (e.g. program end).
I hope I enlightened you!
Perfect, because I'm lazy, I use the quick program, in about 1.30 I have fresh bread, well-baked and tasty!
Gluten-free bread in the 6 rapid program. I bought it to make gluten-free bread. The device states on the outside that it is suitable for gluten-free bread, but it does not have an exclusive program. After three attempts and online research, I ended up using the device in the 6 rapid preparation program as it allows the dough to rise only once, unlike the other programs that make the dough rise and deflate three times. Gluten-free dough is sensitive. It only needs to rise once. The bread came out wonderful. Soft and tasty, and finally it can fit a slice of ham or cheese. (Gluten-free bread slices in the market are very small) I highly recommend the device.
I used to have a very cheap one for 40 euros and it was much better..... I read the reviews and I bought it and I was disappointed in the end.... for me, it's not worth the money I spent.....
I have been amazed by this device! I have been buying bread for so many years, and the bread you buy the next day is not edible in most cases... The first time I bought a Bread Maker and the bread it makes (following the instructions faithfully) is so incredible that you can eat it after 3-4 days without it smelling or feeling stale! No joke! It's worth its money and it makes the whole house smell like fresh bread! I don't know how long it will last, but it's an amazing purchase! Different baking options for all tastes! You just put the ingredients in and it gives you ready bread in 3 hours. You can program it if you want to have fresh warm bread as soon as you wake up in the morning!
It is truly one of the best purchases I have made. I have had it for about a month and I am making a recipe that I found on YouTube and it is really amazing!!! The nice thing is that you can also set a delay and wake up to have warm bread for breakfast. I highly recommend it.
After 6 months of use, it has not left me with a good impression.
Initially, the bread did not rise and remained flat like a brick. Eventually, it requires a lot more yeast than it claims.
The other problem is that after 3-4 months of purchase and using it twice a week, I started to see black spots inside the bread like mold. At first, I threw away the bread 1-2 times until I realized that it was actually grease coming out of the axle. The axle had broken, causing the black spots to come up, and the kneader had scratched the base of the bowl.
Replacing the bowl + kneader costs 30 euros!! The next time it breaks, it's going straight to the trash...
Once we used it, but the bread it produced was very good. Very easy to use. I will come back later with more information after it has been tested more.
I bought this bread maker because I wanted something economical and efficient, and it was exactly that. I haven't had it for long, but after the 3rd or 4th attempt, I make amazing bread. I haven't tried making anything other than bread. I would like additional programs like toast bread or pizza dough, but I think they are more or less covered, there is little difference between toast bread and the square bread that comes out of this bread maker, and the dough it makes might also work for pizza. I will try it sometime. I think it is 100% honest. The only thing that bothers me is that it makes excessive noise, not when it is kneading, which is normal, but when the program finishes. It makes a loud noise and it is impossible, for example, to set it to make bread at night to have it ready in the morning. You will definitely wake up annoyed.
If you follow the instructions in the book word for word, it's OK - but the recipes are extremely limited. However, if that's enough for you, then it's OK. But if you want to experiment and use different types of flour or other ingredients in general, then good luck... the bread will be made but it will literally be a lottery if it turns out the way you imagine...
I haven't had it for long, but I am very satisfied! Lightweight, foldable, makes nice bread, I made French and wholemeal, I also tried making a cake but the result was so-so.
It is my first bread maker and I make bread every day. Amazing bread, which always depends on the quality of the flour. I use village-style flour, sometimes in combination with wholemeal flour. I have had it for about 3 months.
I haven't been using it for a long time to know if it is durable, but it makes delicious bread. It takes time to make the bread and it is relatively bulky, but that is understandable so these characteristics do not bother me. The notifications are definitely very noisy. I haven't tried all the programs, but I use it a lot as a dough mixer for various doughs, it mixes them and makes them rise, and I don't get my hands dirty. Overall, I am satisfied.
Excellent bread taste. You can try your own recipes. I tried it without milk and the bread turns out wonderful.
After 1 year of operation, everything was going well, but it started mixing the dough slower until it completely broke down. In other words, every 1 to 2 years, we have to change machines, or you get what you pay for, so you spend 200 euros for 7 to 8 years. However, the bread had nothing to do with oven-baked bread.
The best purchase I made was worth every cent. You need to find the bread that suits you best, and once you learn it well, you start experimenting and making the perfect one. I highly recommend it without hesitation
I had a much more expensive bread maker for 160 euros [I won't mention the brand] for 10 years. I had to change 3 bowls for 3x45=125 euros, which made me very frustrated. I had to buy a fourth one and ended up throwing it away and buying a new one.
Izzy 004 Fresh Bread costs the same as one and a half bowl of the old one, but the quality of the bread is excellent. It is completely silent, lightweight, and very elegant. [The cost of the bowl is 15 euros]. I make 5 loaves of bread per week for myself and my children
For its price and for those who are trying a bread maker for the first time, it is a one-way street. The bread is very good, the dough for pizzas and pies is also very good, overall I have no complaints. We will see how long it will last. If something doesn't turn out well, experiment with the recipe until you find what you like, because the most important thing is what and how much ingredients you will use.
