I have owned this mouse for over a year and it really might be the worst purchase I have made in my life. Generally, I am very lenient with my reviews, even when, in general, something does not meet expectations as it should, I do not criticize it, but here I will make an exception. There are infinitely better mice than this one at the price of €20, for example, any Logitech. After 3 months, the scroll wheel click stopped responding, I crossed my fingers that out of the 20 times I pressed it, it would work once. At the same time, when I turned the wheel, it creaked and whistled, making it unbearably annoying. 10 months later, all the buttons stopped working except for the 2 basic ones, the RGB on the back, as well as the sensor, since it occasionally does its own thing. And that’s when I cried over the €80 I paid for this thing. In short, it doesn’t even do the basics that the other mice under €20 do, I recommend you turn a blind eye and look elsewhere.
*Edit: Before I replaced it, I tried to open it and see what was wrong. In the end, I managed to fix all the problems it had. With a little oil on a toothpick, I touched it on the scroll wheel axis and now it doesn’t creak. The contacts for the side buttons connect with wires to the main board and with the shaking, the clip had come loose a bit (poor quality clip and generally the interior didn’t give vibes of very careful construction) and it wasn’t making contact. The back RGB had also come out of its place, which is why it wasn’t lighting up, and as for the scroll wheel click, I put a bit of contact spray (WD-40) on the push button and now it works. From 1 star, I will give it 3 because the problems were easy to fix and after this, it remains decent. I still don’t recommend it since the price is outrageous for the quality of construction and the problems are inevitable.
It's the perfect mouse, but.. After a year, the central button from the scroll wheel broke, they replaced it through corsair, I sent it to the Netherlands, and now again after exactly one year the same.
*update, with a 7€ wd contact spray it comes back. It opens easily, watch video on youtube.
I have had it for about 2 years and I can say that it is one of my best purchases! The weight is ideal and the size as well! If you find it for max 50-60 euros, definitely grab it
I have had it since 2016. The same mouse. The scroll wheel broke at some point in 2023, which I 3D printed using an online design and it's like new. Sometimes iCUE doesn't recognize it, but it's the software's fault and not the mouse.
First of all, do not connect it to a USB HUB, you will have disconnection problems every minute.
Connect it directly to the PC, even with an extension if it is far away like mine.
Secondly, the right button may be more sensitive than other mice,
If you forget your finger there for resting and it becomes a bit "heavy," you unintentionally right-click.
I have a large hand, so maybe that's why I found it convenient and it suits me in terms of weight, etc., maybe that's why the unintentional right-clicks.
Update 25/8/2023, I don't find the grip particularly ergonomic... the surfaces should be more "textured" to prevent slipping
I am quite satisfied. It is stylish, you adjust the weight with the weights it has underneath, it has applications for settings, and it has not caused me any problems yet, although it is still early for that. I bought it 2 months ago for the price of 75 euros + 5 euros for shipping. Personally, I would price it at 40-50 euros. But it is satisfactory.
I have had this mouse for quite some time now and I must admit that in terms of performance, it is good. However, what I didn't like is its weight and shape (of course, the shape is a matter of personal preference). It is too heavy for fps games like Valorant and CS:GO. With the weights, it is around 130 grams. But even without the weights, it is still quite heavy
Good mouse in terms of functionality, but it is too big for me to hold.
Also, even though I have removed all the weights, it still doesn't feel as light as a mouse.
In other words, it will suit someone with large hands
I have had it for a long time and for the money I paid, 32.99, it is a very high-quality aluminum chassis that provides points and a nice grip feeling, just like the plastic one I hadn't held such a high-quality mouse in years (previously I had the Logitech g 403 prodigy and HyperX pulsefire pro rgb). The weight can be adjusted by removing and adding weights. The sniper button is nothing special, it just lowers the dpi to 400 for more stable sniping. Even though it is an old mouse, it has been on the market for many years and will not leave anyone disappointed.
My favorite thing is that you can adjust the weight.
It performs very well in games and its dpi is sufficient.
Apart from the fact that my hand sweats, it is very convenient.
Even at work, it is perfect on the desk.
I have changed many mice but I don't change this one.
The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have enough rgb
but the application is too complicated.
At 30€, it is a serious value for money. It is too early to give me any issues, but I will come back if that happens. Very good grip, immediate and with nice lighting
It has eaten the wood and has never betrayed me. It is heavy and durable, high-quality and beautiful. It easily withstands mistreatment and still performs normally to this day
I bought the ultimate vfm Gaming mouse for 2 and for my brother at 33€, and such an opportunity should not be missed when it is sold in stores for 65€. It is of high quality, sturdy, and beautiful, and it excels in Gaming compared to the Corsair Sabre that I have had for 2 years and still works perfectly. It is much better, more stable, and of higher quality. The sniper button it has is very useful, I have used it to perform finish moves in Call of Duty and it has helped me a lot. I would prefer it to be a bit wider because I have a large palm, but time will tell, everything works perfectly. If anything comes up, I will update. It is currently priced at 33€ as of 25/11/2021, get it NOW
Well, I have had the mouse for about 1 year. Unfortunately, from the day I got it, it had issues with the right click. But because I didn't have the patience to wait, I changed all the buttons with Kailh GM Black and the side buttons with Kailh GM Red. It also felt light to me, so I added an extra 35 grams of weight internally. Now it is the ultimate value-for-money gaming mouse. The sniper button is useless, I never use it in gaming, but it has been very useful in Photoshop as you can adjust the DPI and do exactly what you want.
Stivarο. But in some PCs there is an issue with the iCUE software. In my case, it caused minor interruptions in the sound when I was listening to music
Very good mouse. I chose it because I have a Corsair keyboard and headphones and I wanted to be able to change colors and settings using one software and create profiles for everything. At first, the red button on the left side of the mouse was a bit uncomfortable, but I got used to it. It has 3 weights at the bottom to adjust the mouse's weight. It is comfortable in the hand, and I can't say that I have found anything negative. On the contrary, I have been disappointed with the previous Razer products I had and replaced them with Corsair
I bought the Corsair m65 about 3 years ago for around 50 euros due to a promotion (Corsair generally does promotions) and I have been using it daily since then (at least 5,000 hours of operation).
It is well-designed for the palm, and those who have tried it have been satisfied.
It is lightweight on its own and has 3 weights for adjustment, which can be placed in 3 different positions to change the center of gravity.
The keys are good (Omron) and so far I haven't encountered any issues.
Through Corsair's iCUE software, you can adjust the sensor sensitivity and lights, as well as remap the mouse buttons to other keys or macros.
Overall, I recommend it if you need a reliable mouse. Also, from personal experience, Corsair's support is excellent.
Initially visually, it was the most beautiful mouse I have ever seen (in my opinion). After receiving it, I realized that I would like it with fewer lights. Also, I didn't like its clicks because they are quite "difficult" to press compared to other mice. I would like them to be softer without the click sound being so loud. Also, I'm a little bothered by the "tail" it has at the back, which serves for lighting. Lastly, the slanted sides give me chills (it's like the feeling of blue notebooks on the cover). I have gotten used to it a bit, but it still bothers me. These are what I consider its negatives. As for its positives, it is exactly as mentioned in the comments, which means it is a very good mouse, where the negatives I mentioned are not objective.
UPDATE
Sometimes the left click gets stuck, and even though I click once, the mouse behaves as if the click is prolonged. I noticed this when playing Warzone, where when I hit with the click, when I let go, the weapon continues to fire on its own... My friend also has the same problem with the left click.
UPDATE 15/06/21
It continues to have annoying sticking issues, which are really unacceptable. Even more so, since the price has increased for no reason! I do not recommend this particular mouse to anyone. Fortunately, I managed to sell it.
It's worth its money after over 5 years of use in games (lol, fps, etc.) and work. It holds up perfectly and hasn't had any issues. The weight is good, comfortable, and fits well in the hand, although that is subjective for everyone.
Now, if you throw it against the walls after raging, I can't say anything, maybe it's not the mouse's fault...
Finally, for those who have encountered an issue with the scroll wheel after years of use, it's simply a matter of dirt that has accumulated. I opened it up and cleaned it (+WD40), and it works perfectly again, like new!!
The review was made in 2021 (when I bought a new one because the scroll wheel was sticking), and now in 2023, after opening it, it still works normally, and the new one is still in its box.
(There are also disassembly videos on YouTube.)
Full good for its money, immediate response to hand movements and clicks, made of very durable materials, it has integrated weights to adjust its weight...
4 years of daily extensive use.. Coffee spills.. It still doesn't have a scratch and maintains its flawless texture.. Furthermore, its price has dropped to the point where I can say it is the best in terms of quality-price ratio.. As a user of the white one, I declare myself completely satisfied and recommend it to someone who is a gamer and doesn't want to spend more than 50 euros on a mouse
It is the most expensive medium mouse I have purchased. It has good features such as weight adjustment, ergonomics, and the cable is durable and sufficiently long.
However, it has a major flaw, the scroll wheel stops working whenever it wants, and when it doesn't work, you have to press it with a lot of force and hope it catches only once.
The iCue helps with DPI settings and has a great advantage, that you can decrease and increase the DPI that you will set with separate buttons below the scroll wheel. The sniper button is worth it all. Unfortunately, again, the iCue has become very heavy as an application and has more functions than necessary. As soon as it is installed on the computer, it fills with bloatware for the Corsair ecosystem, even if you only have a mouse or only headphones or only a keyboard, etc.
I am truly sorry because I was satisfied from the beginning. The same applies to the elite.
Very easy to use, the menu for the mouse is very simple.
It seems well-built and with adjustable 3 weights, it makes it ideal for all conditions.
However, I have had it for a short time and it has already discreetly started giving me issues with the scroll wheel click. Which means that if it continues like this, it is heading for a replacement (hopefully) with a warranty.
edit 12/12/20: The middle click double-clicks almost every time. I asked for a warranty from the store where I bought it and I am waiting to see what they will decide. From 4 stars, I went down to 3 stars
I have it since 16 and I use it daily for more than 10 hours, tested in fps, rts, moba, and mmorpgs.
Initially, the mouse is very comfortable in the hand, even if you have big fingers. I never used the sniper button, it's irrelevant. It doesn't easily catch dust, only on the edges where the fingers touch. After a while, the surface of the left and right click will start to shine. The base remains clean.
And let's move on to the negatives: the scroll wheel click, as many complained, broke after 3 years. A few months later, the left click started double-clicking, making it difficult to play any game or open tabs in the browser, etc.
Overall, satisfied, I fully use Corsair products, but I would avoid this one if I knew from the beginning, mainly because of its durability. Especially if you rage with games like lol, cod, etc., the scroll wheel won't last even half a year.
Edit 2021: I finally threw it away and switched to Logitech.
It lasted about 3 years until the wheel broke, causing me to open it and see the axle broken and made of very thin plastic at the point where it broke. Otherwise, it was very convenient, but with so much money, it should have lasted longer...
A little awkward at first, but once you get used to it, you don't want to change it.
Excellent in feel and overall everywhere.
BUT...
As others have pointed out, the matte surface in the areas where the fingertips touch permanently starts to become glossy (personally, it doesn't bother me).
The scroll wheel click is probably problematic due to its design.
It breaks very easily from what I understand, and from other comments, both on the M65 and the older M60.
The first issue can be solved by purchasing the glossy version (I think it's the white one).
However, the problem with the scroll wheel click is a reason not to buy it.
If I didn't need this click, I would buy the same one again without hesitation because it is excellent in all other aspects!
