After 3 uses on a new induction hob, the inside of the pot has slightly yellowed. Comparing it to a similar brand like Fissler, I can say that it is far lower in quality.

Its main flaw is that the handle on the lid, because it is metal at the end, gets hot and it is very difficult to hold. Also, when I put it in the dishwasher, the part that connects the handle to the pot changed color somewhat, causing me to be afraid to use it again. I would not call it a convenient pot for the above reasons.

Design-wise, it is very beautiful, but practically it is not very convenient. The handles are quite small for the size and quantity of food it can hold, especially when cooking pasta and needing to drain the water, then it requires a lot of attention. Additionally, there is simply no way someone can lift the lid without getting burned, it gets very hot.

After a few months of use, I can say that I was even more disappointed. The handles loosened and I had to find a special screwdriver to tighten them, and for some reason, the food seems to stick more than when I first used it. Ultimately, I would say that it was not what I expected and I would not buy it again.

Although it is quite heavy and not non-stick, it cooks perfectly. It heats up in an incredible fast time. It cleans very easily and does not scratch!

Forward Warning: I am not a "professional chef". I use the utensil for simple recipes. The utensil is elegant like a jewel. The construction quality is very good. The fact that the lid is transparent and has a steam vent helps. It is worth its money and more.
