The work "Medical Criminal Liability" comes to cover the lack of a General Part of Medical Criminal Law in Greek literature. Also, for the first time in our country, the problematic of Disaster Medicine is presented at a monographic level. Disaster medicine refers to that part of medical science that deals with the recognition and medical management of emergency incidents with multiple victims following natural or man-made mass disasters.
