The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. In other words, there is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, as well as a longer lifespan, since there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts in the resistance and other components.
It operates with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and no electrical installation is required.
The device operates only with a Low Pressure Regulator 3kg, 30mb.
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the heating element, heats up, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the cold water inlet should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature it can reach for hot water production is 50 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 12 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

The delivery was done correctly and within the expected time. The installation took half an hour as long as you don't need to make holes in the wall for the pipes. It is fixed on the wall with three hooks. It was placed in the bathroom externally in a rural house. The hot water pipe went through the bathroom's window. I took the cold water from an external tap. The pipes are high-pressure plastic. I didn't use a drill, but it works fine. The adjustment is a bit difficult if there are different preferences in the family (one wants it hot, the other wants it medium). Another issue is that in order to activate the burner, you have to open the faucet/switch abruptly. So, I installed a corner switch to open it abruptly. It is recommended not to constantly open and close the hot water faucet, as it disrupts the burner and sometimes you will either get burned or freeze (the latter being more common). Set the temperature and let the water flow, it is also a motivation to finish quickly. However, for a holiday home with limited stays, it is the best and most economical solution. Also, by solving 3 connections (2 water and 1 gas) and using hooks instead of screws, you can easily remove and install it in case you move to another holiday home. The solar water heater is costly for holiday homes and gets damaged quickly due to inactivity, electrolysis, freezing, or overheating (depending on the area and season). The electric one "burns its guts" and also gets damaged due to inactivity, producing rust especially during the first uses after a period of inactivity. I haven't measured the consumption, but during a 15-day Christmas vacation, a family of 4 used it starting with a partially used bottle and I believe it will last us until summer for our outings on Clean Monday, March 25th, and Easter. I am seriously considering it even for Athens, even though I rent, because of the easy installation without interventions and not having to wait for the hot water to come down from the third floor to the first floor, mainly using electricity due to a malfunctioning solar water heater. It is highly recommended.
I received it immediately!!! However... even though it is presented with instructions in English (see advertising photos), you receive it with instructions in Russian (see uploaded photos). The device was received damaged on the body of the device. This is also evident in the centers of the 2 regulators!! Not clear at all in placement, and the instructions are only for Russian speakers!
