Milk for the management of reflux in infants, with an advanced formula that contains carob gum, a water-soluble thickening agent. It is suitable for the management of gastroesophageal reflux in infants, while it contains all the necessary vitamins, trace elements, and fatty acids for the healthy development of infants.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
One of my two daughters has gastroesophageal reflux disease. The milk helped her and practically helps her by stopping the symptoms.
I bought this product under the recommendation of the doctor because one of my twins was having too many regurgitations. After several days of using it, I can say that it didn't work at all. This milk is very thick. Whether with hot water or lukewarm, it required a lot of shaking to mix, and there were still lumps in the bottle and nipple. And something very important that I want to inform you about, because no one mentions it, is that you must definitely buy bottle nipples with a higher flow than the one you are using because the milk doesn't flow. As a result, the baby gets very tired trying to drink. My midwife informed me about this. In the beginning, the regurgitations had minimized, but then the baby started having diarrhea, resulting in having to change the diaper two to three times after each meal, crying, and losing their calmness. In the last three days, the regurgitations started again, and after consulting with the doctor, we switched to another AR (from a different company), and he informed me that the thickener it contains often causes diarrhea in infants.
It is purely subjective whether the child will accept it. Ours accepted it just fine the whole time we were giving it
Well... with this milk I have a 2-month experience.. We started with days because with Nan 1 they gave at the maternity hospital, it caused colic. We switched to Nan AR, it didn't work for us... then we tried this one.. unfortunately, although the baby drinks it pleasantly, he gains weight and still has big colic, not as much as before but imagine changing clothes and diapers constantly.. + the fact that it caused stomach pain, gas, and diarrhea.. we changed two more times.. with a more specialized one, we went back to this one! Then I switched to Frisolac AC and he wouldn't drink it. Back to this one again.. eventually, the baby started crying a lot after meals because it caused terrible stomach pain and gas, it smelled like a sewer.. I decided to try the same company's goat milk and we'll see in a few days... but we won't go back to Frisolac AR again...
You saved us from the nausea-vomiting! Where it used to produce drooling at every meal, now it may produce 3 drops in one meal (not drooling) per day.
I add 10 ml more water because it is indeed very thick.
It did not cause constipation, on the contrary, where we used to wait 24 hours for it to take effect, now it can happen 4-5 times a day.
As I mentioned about the comfort, I will also say the same about this one, it is exceptional and helped with the nausea!! But because it is equally thick, you should add an additional 10ml of water and thus avoid changing the coils.
It needs NUK or Chicco nipples, with Dr. Brown it leaked milk because it choked with any nipple size.
We use it half and half with Frisolac 1.
Essentially, AR is the same as comfort but if the baby has frequent gaps due to comfort, then AR is preferable.
Babies have been drinking it since we discovered reflux at 2 months old. We gradually switched from regular to AR and they accepted it just fine. Good hit on the bottle and size 2 nipple (mam) so they can drink comfortably. At 5.5 months old, they are now in very good condition regarding reflux. It helped them significantly.
An important note is that a bottle with a higher flow rate and frequent shaking is required, as the milk tends to clot and does not flow.
Given after guidance from the pediatrician as the baby was vomiting with frisolac 1. The vomiting improved significantly. However, constipation occurred, causing him to suffer. Difficult to mix and requires larger nipples for the baby to be able to suck.
The only thing that helped us a lot with the colic and we have changed many formulas!! It drinks very pleasantly compared to other AR formulas, it does cause a little bit of diarrhea of course but if you combine it with comfort, it's great!!
I have 2 babies... Both of them need anti-reflux milk.. Filatotis is the best product after breast milk.. Don't listen to what private maternity hospitals and some pharmacists promote.. The only downside is that it is a specialized milk and it is expensive
In the beginning, it had done a very good job and had stopped the regurgitation, but after a month, the little one started having regurgitation again, so we stopped using it and switched to another milk.
Very good product!
It helped our little one with reflux because with the regular one, it got to the point of choking! Parents shouldn't wait for the child's reflux to completely stop when it is very intense, it simply minimizes it! Reflux requires patience until the child starts eating solid foods!
We were looking for milk that wouldn't cause us any problems, but this particular one didn't help us. It constantly caused vomiting and diarrhea 8-9 times a day, resulting in weight loss within 3 days, so we changed it. They say that all special milk products like ar are the same, they just have different brand names. This is not true because we tried two different ones and they caused us problems, while the third one from another company worked well for us.
While it helped with the wrinkles, it brought us terrible constipation.

After 6 milk powders, this little one ended up with this one.
It didn't help us. Many gaps resulted in it overheating, and it made only a few reductions after the first hour
Very good, it helped our baby a lot. We had a big problem and it lasted until 1 year
