It is unacceptable for it to wear out so quickly, I hope they have released a sturdier replacement.   The faucet was purchased in November 2018 and its hose broke in January 2020. I managed to work without using the shower for a long time so that water wouldn't spray everywhere until April 2021 when all the lower cabinets were filled with water, as the water from the broken hose was flowing backwards into the cabinets. Therefore, I had to contact the dealership. They informed me that this is natural wear and tear that is not covered by the 5-year warranty (only if the hose broke 1-2 days after the purchase would it be considered a factory defect!). After managing to contact the authorized service and order a €15 replacement part, they have been telling me on the phone since April that they will receive the replacement parts next week, as you can understand, they still haven't received them! It is unacceptable to consider the breaking of the shower hose, which was used only 15 times within a year, as natural wear and tear. It's not about the monetary value but about the way it is being handled. I followed up with the date when the faucet replacement finally arrived! They had sent me the previous message to get rid of me after I had been bothering them on the phone since April, and the following message is when the replacement part finally arrived.
