It does the job. If the head is completely horizontal, you won't see a big difference but with minimal height and this specific product you will sleep much better.

To me, they do not fit well on the nose and they stay in the air on the right and left. Unfortunately, they do not have a good fit and there are no smaller ones than these.

I have a severely deviated septum on my left nostril, almost no airflow passes through, and the right one is significantly less blocked. I was recently diagnosed with this. For the past 30 years, whenever I went to an ENT specialist, they always told me I had rhinitis. And maybe I do, since there are times or under certain conditions and environments where I get congested. However, recently I went to another ENT specialist because the problem has worsened significantly, and he showed me with a camera the deviated septum. The reason I went was to find a better treatment for rhinitis because lately, in addition to congestion, I have excessively strong sniffs. The doctor didn't give me anything; he told me that the only solution is to have surgery. On one hand, I am still skeptical about surgery, and on the other hand, I don't have the money at the moment, and I also consider the amount he asked for to be outrageous.
Coming out quite disappointed from his office, mainly because I didn't find a solution for the sniffs that have been driving me crazy, since even the audiogram was excellent, my partner suggested that I try the breathe right, which her friend uses. I thought it was for snoring, and that's why I hadn't bought it until now. I actually bought it and wore it regularly, not only for sleep but also during the day. I saw results. I breathe without needing to use medications. I only do some rinses mainly when I come back from work because I work in a dusty environment. Also, although the sniffs haven't completely disappeared, their intensity has decreased significantly.

I have a narrow nasal passage and it helps me breathe through my nose when I sleep. I also use them during the day, all day long, in case of a stuffy nose due to a cold, and the adhesive lasts from morning until the next morning. To make it stick properly and not come off, because I have oily skin, I first apply a toner to my nose to remove the oiliness, let it evaporate, and then stick the strip. When I have difficulty removing it, I use a little bit of baby oil.
It helped me a lot, unfortunately it does not solve the problem at its core, it simply helps you breathe better through the nose and therefore reduces snoring.
They help a lot, I have used them to stop using nasal sprays after years of rhinitis and I also use them in case of a cold, etc. Very good product and without being any kind of medication with side effects, etc
I am very satisfied with the product, it helps me a lot. I breathe much better, resulting in better sleep. I have been using it for several months, but not every night. Sometimes it doesn't stick well and I have to replace it, but this rarely happens if you place it correctly.
Much better compared to similar products. Its adhesive is very strong, it doesn't come off during the night, without leaving any marks especially on me who have sensitive skin.
