The spiral is very short and definitely needs an extension, mercy! The plumber suffered a lot. We will see its durability over time, it is beautiful though.

In the installation, the spirals were close and I had to use extensions. The plastic water flow cover kept coming off all the time for a year and a half, I made a mistake by leaving it when it was under warranty and ended up buying a cheap phone that ultimately seems better than this one. It doesn't have a stable left-right rotation, resulting in it not aligning correctly in the sink. The actual price should have been around 50 euros.

I highly recommend it. After 12 years of daily, trouble-free use, it feels like new and very practical. I live in an area with a lot of salt. I clean it only with dish soap and vinegar. I just bought it again for another house that I am renovating. Previously, I had a similar one from a well-known German company with a spiral, which had caused me a lot of trouble and I had to change the spiral and filter twice.

23/10/2021: I deduct one star as the build quality is not comparable to the old one I had. Its handle is much lighter. Only time will tell... For now, it works perfectly.

Everything is fine. Just a small eccentricity in the alignment bracket of the shower on its base, resulting in a deviation of about 5 degrees when in position and the water does not fall exactly vertically.

I have it for over two years, from the first day of purchase it was leaking a little while it was closed. The dealership delayed sending me the specific replacement part for two months and I had to change it myself. Finally, the plastic point on the detachable part of the faucet has been damaged and the faucet has a slight slant. Overall, it is very good for its price.

Pay attention to the installation as it requires a larger opening in the sink compared to smaller batteries. I had to widen the sink opening for the pipes to pass through and for the battery to fit.
