First time trying this specific paste and after two days of testing it on a CPU = Ryzen 5 3600X and GPU = Sapphire Radeon RX 570 8GB, all I can say is: congratulations to Arctic for its product.

In this particular PC, the paste had not been changed for about 3 years and the temperatures dropped by 7 to 10 degrees.

For the past 10 years, I have been using brands like ProlimaTech, Kryonaut, Noctua, and enermax.

Now, MX-4 has also made it to the list!

After 3 years of using the Ryzen 5 2600, it was time to replace the thermal paste. The old one had dried up, as expected. It spreads relatively easily, although it is quite thick. I applied it to the entire processor using nitrile gloves. The temperatures dropped by 8-10°C. Specifically, during idle or simple internet browsing, I saw temperatures of 32-34°C, and a maximum of 60-62°C while running games. It works perfectly and delivers on its promises, and the 4g quantity is more than enough for multiple applications. I will also try it on my graphics card if further research shows that it is suitable for GPU application, and I will provide an updated evaluation. Highly recommended for purchase!

I put it in a 9-year-old Samsung laptop, the temperature dropped significantly but unfortunately I didn't measure the temperatures before changing it to have an accurate comparison. I am satisfied. So far, the highest temperature the laptop reached is 52°, if anything changes, I will come back for an update.

I put it in a Ps4 that was boiling and sounded like a helicopter taking off, and dear friends, I honestly opened the lid twice to see if the fan was not working !!!!! I buy it constantly in recent years and I use it on both my CPU and GPU. It significantly reduces the temperature and it is very easy to install. I currently have it on an 8700k and it keeps it low both in idle and under load. Of course, I will continue to prefer it.

For a cheap paste, it is a one-way street. Both on a PC and on a laptop, I had a difference of 5-10 degrees lower. It does not stain and cleans easily.

I just changed the paste on my Aorus Gtx 1080 Ti. Words are unnecessary! From playing at full load at 80-81 degrees, I dropped to 60-61 with a small change in the fan curve of my card. Get it with your eyes closed!

You are right, there are some stores that recommend it as well, if you really trust it. I found it near a store here in Loutsa, it was very good. It will also show over time, we will try it to see if it has dried out because if the paste remains soft, it means it is worth it and it really keeps the temperature low. Simply perfect. I had an issue with the GPU (RX 480) reaching easily 92 degrees, now it reaches a maximum of 60. The same goes for the CPU (Ryzen 1600), it used to reach around 80-something, now it stays around 65 maximum.

Very good paste. I did not have any serious overheating and I simply changed the paste preventively, so I did not have huge temperature differences. I recommend it.

Very good. It is cheap and reliable. I used another paste that didn't make much difference in the temperature of my i5, but this paste saved me. It lowered the processor temperature by 15 degrees.

I don't know much about computers, but I wanted a good paste and I read the best reviews and I am satisfied with the product.

Without any special knowledge of systems and as the first paste I use, I consider that it covered me and more! On a Sapphire HD 7870 GHz card, I had:
Before: (even if the PC was screaming)
Far Cry 4 1600x900 mid settings 89c!
GTA V 1600x900 high settings 74-78c

After: (fans up to 56% in very rare moments, usually 37%)
Far Cry 1920x1080 high settings 61c-64c
GTA V 1920x1080 high settings 57c-59c

After a thorough cleaning of the card and applying this paste, the temperature is now consistently 27c at idle and 64c max after hours of gaming in the same title.
The temperatures are exactly the same before and after the change on the same day. I consider it a very good purchase since the card was "saved"!

I looked on the internet for reviews and after it had the best ones, I bought it. Indeed, this specific paste does a very good job in reducing the processor's temperature.

Well, I've been using this particular one for years, just like I've used the same company's previous ones, mx-2 and also the arctic silver5 which is like cement....with various differences, the mx-4 is superior in everything...I will still be using it for many years to come....

The paste is cheap and amazing at what it does. It was placed on an i5-2400 3.4 GHz (overclocked) and it lowered my temperatures from 48 degrees to 38 degrees. Also, under heavy load, it did not exceed 52 degrees. I also applied it to the motherboard and saw a difference of 5 degrees, from 30 to 25.

In a 9-year-old laptop, it reduced the temperature by 15-20 degrees on the processor and 10 degrees on the GPU without it being due to cleaning (always using thermal paste for cleanliness inside). It is logical after 9 years and I have no reference point because I have not used any other paste. It does what it promises and has enough quantity for 10 applications on a laptop.

I also bought the paste. I had changed the paste about a month ago with a fake one and had temperatures of 60-62 degrees with OC at full load. Now I have 54-55 degrees. I didn't even see the idle temperature. I also applied it to the graphics card and it went from 52 to 48 degrees. Perfect. I will definitely buy it again when it runs out. Very satisfied with its performance for the price. If I had more money, I would go for the Noctua paste, but it is considerably more expensive.

Very good paste for its price. Slightly worse than TG Kryonaut, but also much cheaper. Temperature levels are similar to the pre-installed Asetek on the X62.

In a laptop with i7 2670QM and AMD 6770m, I used to easily reach 90-94+ in games and Photoshop - Lightroom. Now it reaches a maximum of 80-85 under load, and idle temperatures have dropped from 55-60 to 42-52.

PS: The laptop is made of aluminum, and even the slightest increase in temperature can fry food. Therefore, the thermal paste is working well to keep it at these temperatures, especially when the fan blows like a hurricane due to its age.

I put it on a graphics card and processor before putting the MX-4 in PUBG I was playing with 70 degrees and now I play with 40 degrees, that is -30 degrees on the graphics card and on the processor before I put it in PUBG I was playing with 60 degrees and now I play with 40 degrees, that is -20 degrees. I am amazed by the performance of the MX-4. Personally, I highly recommend it and it is worth the money.

I bought this specific paste because recently I bought a used gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming and when I tested it with bentzmark it reached 82-83 degrees straight away and I didn't continue. In tomb raider, with everything set to ultra and high, it reached 75 degrees.
After changing to bentzmark 74 tomb raider with overclock at 1500, it reached 65-66 degrees.
I'm not saying it works miracles for sure, it definitely needed a change or paste, but it's definitely worth its money and it does its job and is good for another ten times. I hope this helped.
